This was super yummy. Way better than the one by my house. Our waitress Chelbi was very sweet and took good care of us. My mom and aunt jenny had the prime rib with mushrooms and a potato. I had catfish and loaded potato and green beans. I also got a strawberry cucumber drink. It was all so good.

Rude hostess obviously more interested in staying hydrated than providing customer service. (What's in the glass??).

Texas Roadhouse Hostess Ruined My Daughter's Birthday I've been a regular at Texas Roadhouse for years, dining there about once a week. So when my daughter chose it for her birthday dinner, I wasn't surprised. Unfortunately, it turned into a disappointment I won't forget. After we were seated, I discreetly went up to the hostess stand to ask if someone could do the signature birthday "Yeehaw" celebration for my daughter. I was trying to keep it a surprise, so I didn't want to chase our server down or mention it at the table in front of my daughter. Instead of helping, the young lady at the counter (coarse curly hair, see attached pic, as you can tell she's more interested in staying hydrated than she is doing her job)) gave me attitude, acting insulted that I would even ask her such a request and told me I needed to find our server, Cameron, and tell her myself. I politely explained again that I was trying to surprise my daughter and asked if she could please just pass along the request and I walked away thinking the message would be passed along. She clearly didn't. Nothing ever happened. No birthday moment, no recognition, nothing. My daughter left visibly disappointed, and so did I. This employee is the first impression of your restaurant and if this is the kind of training and attitude you stand behind, I seriously question the judgment of whoever's managing this location. Aside from disappointing a 14-year-old girl on her birthday, you've also lost a customer who regularly spends $300-$350 a month at your restaurant. Do better. Get better. Train your front-of-house staff.

I'm a sucker for a viral trend and I had to try the family combo tik tol sensation- $39.99 for a choice of protein, two large sides, a dozen rolls and a salad. $59.99 for a rack of ribs, two large sides, a dozen rolls and a salad. Beautifully packaged, plenty of cinnamon butter, utensils, and flavoring. Four stars because the salads were not up to par- the videos show an aluminum tray full of salad, we got scammed with styrofoam to go boxes, each salad should feed four people, hmmmmm. That was a bit shady, but the young man who delivers my order was a true gentleman, so sweet, polite and even gave me some sweet tea for free. Very kind of him. Great family deal- we had a very delicious time together.

One of my favorite restaurants hands down! I love to go in and get the full experience but today we got our order to go. I like a lot of things here but today I got my first go to chicken fried chicken, green beans, and a loaded sweet potato! So yummmm! I had to ask for extra toppings for my sweet potato on the side because I usually feel like there aren't enough toppings. Everything was and is always so delicious!! I just add a little salt and pepper to the gravy and yum yum yum!! The perfect meal for when you want some comfort food. This order lasts me 2-3 different meals lol. It's HUGE!

Very nice restaurant! The staff was super nice to use. Food was made to perfection. Huge parking lot

The unedible fat cut off from the New York Strip steak

TERRIBLE New York Strip Steak!!! When I talked with the manager about the low quality of the New York Strip steak, she told me that she didn't want to argue with me...but indicated that they had good steaks, however, the New York steak has a Strip of fat on the side. Continuing in a low tone, I tried to explain that other restaurants don't have that bad of New York Strip steaks, but since I wasn't getting through to her, I just thanked her for her time. (We did have good service though)

We were served very well and promptly even though it was very full, but since the reservation was made online it was very convenient and efficient, everything was very clean and tidy and the waiters were very friendly and professional.

We visited this Texas Roadhouse recently for dinner and had a great experience - it was imperfect in only one way... Unfortunately, the host who greeted us and then brought us to our table was very rude, with a "don't both me" air and a completely off-putting attitude :-( In the plus column, our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us some great recommendations, and never let our glasses become empty. All the food we ordered was hot and delicious - we left the restaurant totally stuffed. All things considered, I'd give this location another chance the next time we're in the neighborhood, despite our bad experience with the rude host. Tip: This steakhouse is obviously a very popular place, so reservations are highly recommended

Upon arriving at my table, I was offered still and sparkling water to drink and my server was very attentive to my needs and kept both of my water glasses full. I ordered the chicken piccata. The chicken picatta came with a generous helping of three pieces of chicken served with a buttery pan sauce and capers alongside whipped potatoes. The chicken was excellently cooked and was tender and moist with ever-so-slightly crisped edges. The sauce was tangy and the capers added a bite that worked perfectly with it on a way that really made the chicken piccata shine as a dish. The whipped potatoes did not have a lot of flavor on their own, but meshed well with the pan sauce. At the conclusion of the meal, the check came with an Andes mint. I love those, and while it is a small gesture, it made me smile and improved my evening just that little bit more. This was a great experience with great food! 4.5/5

Happened to be our 28th wedding anniversary, and didn't have reservations, but were able to be seated immediately at the bar, with Brook(e)? as our bartender. First, the outdoor alley entrance is fun/non-assuming. Once in, the decor is moody and perfectly dark/speak-easy-ish, much like a private underground club. Very impressive. We had cocktails/wine and ordered the Wedge Salad and the Ceaser Salad. Both were amazing, but my husband stated that the Ceaser was the best he had ever had. My Wedge Salad had bountiful amounts of flavorful blue cheese and amazing bacon chunks that made this the best salad I had ever had. We then ordered the petite filet (Medium) and Brussel sprouts and put a chocolate cake on order "to go". Highly recommend all of the above. The chocolate cake is "go big or go home" for sure. It hardly fit in two combined to go boxes. It was chocolatey, not overly dense, and the frosting complimented it perfectly! We cannot give enough high praise to Brook for the recommendations and for just making it a super fun vibe. I would gladly book a flight from San Diego just to go to dinner again at this place! We ordered drinks (Moscow Mule and Sapphire and Tonic), Shrimp Cocktail, and I got the Lobster Bisque. Drinks were great, shrimp cocktail was delicious (the fresh shaved horseradish was great! Reminded me of St Elmo Steakhouse in Indianapolis), and the lobster bisque was very good. We ended up both ordering the Filet since they were out of the NY Strip. We got the Sautéed Button Mushrooms and Chive Whipped Potatoes on the side. Steaks came out, both had a significant grey band, ordered medium rare but these were on the medium side. Pretty good sear, the best bites were the pink center. The Button Mushrooms were very good! Meaty and dense with great flavor. Chive Whipped Potatoes came out at room temp, the first scoop we got was fine, after that they were pretty cold. We saw our waiter 2 times once our meal came out. She had another table behind us that was being obnoxious, so I understand. We waited another 15 minutes until another waiter showed up to pick up our plates and go over the desert menu. We got a cake to go and paid the bill. No bags to take your boxes out with. Ambiance was a weird mix. We dressed nice, there were a few tables similar. There was a couple at a table near us, the man was wearing a hat that just said "F*CK" on it. We also got to see his underwear when he was constantly getting up and dropping his napkin in the walkway. We had a hard time figuring out what the mood was. Other tables were served their silverware (steak knife/soup spoons) off a platter, while ours came in our waiters hand. 6/10 feels accurate of our experience. Maybe because we had to wait until the day after Valentines. Not the complete experience either of us were expecting for the cost of the meal

The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way.
