Well as you can see I do come to Chilis quite a bit. I have never had a bad service here. All the food that I have had tasted good. The staff is normally really friendly and quick at getting you your food/drinks. On a nice day I like to sit out on the outside patio. I will be back again! read more

Service was slow, restaurant wasn't busy or short staffed. Shaquill seemed to be untrained as a waiter, very sloppy with customer interaction and bad at taking our order and checking back on table. Had other tables near us waiting on him too. Food was plain and basic. read more

This was a great restaurant when it first opened, but it has fallen on hard times. Our latest (and final) visit saw our waitress, who appeared to be high, come back to our table twice to confirm what we had ordered. Then she brought the wrong order anyway! We had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the corrected order while we finished off the sides. After all this, she never asked about drink refills. Finally, after about 15 minutes waiting for our check, I had to go to the cashier station to request a bill. Needless to say, no tip. We will NEVER darken the doors of the Valdosta Chili's again. read more

I come to this location all the time. Probably too much but I love Chili's!! Usually, the service is pretty good. Very few mistakes and they always try to make it right. I'm that customer that's always making request and they always put up with me. Sarah was my waitress today and she was excellent and took care of everything. She was very friendly. Ordered soup and salad with no tomatoes and my server brought out COLD soup and I had to ask him to take it back and bring the salad out before bringing a replacement soup. My salad came out with tomatoes. My companion ordered the tex mex bowl with no avocado and it came with what looked like extra avocados. Ridiculous. Manager never checked on us or apologized for the cold soup. Will be awhile before we return again. read more

I had placed an order for pickup at 3:00. It took them a little over 15 minutes (which is usual) to get it ready after we had pulled into the pickup spot, but we didn't get our correct food. This isn't the first time this has happened. When I had called, the man over the phone repeated my order according to how I announced it. 2 orders of Big mouth bites with sides of Texas cheese fries. We did not get big mouth bites, instead we got 2 burnt burgers that were horribly prepared, cheese and burger were halfway off of the buns and the veggies were nasty and old. The fries we got were cold when we opened them. As well as the last time I had ate there, I had ordered the crispy honey chipotle chicken crispers, and I had asked them not to get it near anything peanut related, I got home and 2 hours later I was rushed to the hospital for an allergic reaction. Every time I come here it takes at least 5-10 minutes to JUST be greeted. Not to mention the service is horrible! My salad came out with no dressing and I asked for the dressing it came with and my server laughed and tried to tell me that most salads don't have dressing...I dont know where he has been eating. I love Chili's, but valdosta is awful. I usually get to go orders, and I rarely get someone on the phone who knows the menu. A lot of times when I get someone who acts like they don't know what I'm talking about I just hang up and call back hoping to get someone else that knows how to take an order. Then, they act like it is a hassle to bring my food out to me, even though they have designated parking spaces just for that. It is much more of a hassle for me to unload two small children to take in there and pick up my food. And the topper is, my food is NEVER right! My husband and I travel all over the country, and Chili's is one of those restaurants that we frequently go to since it's usually pretty consistent. This one was below par, and I'll be looking for other ones in the area if I ever get another craving for Chilis. The queso dip is always our go to appetizer- but I'm not sure what it was that they gave us.. not queso, not appetizing. It tasted old and not anything close to what we were used to. My husband even made the comment that the salsa didn't taste right. As for dinner I decided to try something I hadn't had before, the grilled chicken salad. It had potential to be good, if they weren't so proud of the dressing they put on it. One bite and the dressing was oozing out of my mouth and dripping back onto the plate.. no thank you. I might as well add, there seemed to be drama among the wait-staff. It just made for an environment that we won't be coming back to. read more

The service was horrible!!! The waiter never came back to see how the food was. After a long wait, we had to ask for the bill. No one came to take the payment. The food was mediocre at best. The guacamole was brown, clearly oxidized. We never saw the waiter again. The ladies room was a mess, a soap dispenser was missing, the one that was there was placed so high, that children could not reach it. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience. Worst Chili's I have ever been to and I have been to many. My cup was DIRTY and smelled like dog poo. My favorite dish, the Cajun Chicken Pasta, just was not good. Service wasn't too bad. But I've been disappointed with this location on multiple occasions. Will not be going back again, that's for sure. read more

This place used to be a good chili's not so much anymore. They are so worried about their food cost they will not give you any extra dressing for your salad, they don't even fill the bowls of food up if you get one of their soups the bowls is not even half filled up. They were out of kid menus. Supposedly they got a new gm and that is why they are cutting down on their food cost. We used to go a couple of times a month but not anymore. I will not pay $4.49 for have a bowl of soup! read more

Wow; thoroughly disappointed with Chili's tonight. Was celebrating my birthday with my wife tonight after a movie so we decided to have dinner at Chili's. We've really enjoyed their food in the past so we were looking forward to a great meal. Started off with queso and chips; queso arrived to our table with an odd film over the top which I assume was caused by setting out too long after being plated. Ordered a beer from the bar which only came after I had to remind the waitress that I ordered a beer (she visited our table two times and never realized I didn't have anything to drink). I ordered chicken and steak fajitas; medium rare on the steak. Steak came out well done; sent it back only to come back as well done again! Tortillas severely dry and rice was not edible. Wife ordered tropical salad with shrimp; she finished less than a quarter of the salad. Shrimp had a weird sheen; lettuce was wilted; the only thing she ate from the salad was the pineapple. At least the beer was cold! This will certainly be my last time eating at Chili's. read more
