Every one of them seemed to have buy-in for everyone's success around them. I don't know how in this day and age when good service is harder to find, these guys managed to gather a group of caring individuals to come work together and support the entire system. It seemed like every employee working could have been the owner with how much they all seemed to care and how many hats (literally - iykyk) they all wore. This is the kind of bagel place that would be a regular stop for me if it were in Denver. The bagels smell like bagels and are perfectly seasoned with a nice, chewy texture. It's expensive no doubt about it, but the sandwiches are massive so you get what you pay for in my opinion. The lines are often long here, but if you have some time to kill it's worth checking out.
