Came here after the earthquake since they had power, we ordered and waited 15 minutes till the manager (not our server) had to tell us they didn't have what we ordered. When we asked for the check our waitress tried to charge us the food that they didn't have and said we couldn't sign the restaurant copy of the receipt. Horrible service. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and waited 20 minutes for somebody to take our drink order. Then another 20-30 minutes for our food order. My wife and I passed this place a few times before we actually went in. We wanted to try as much local food as possible before going back to something so common in the Lower 48. with that being said its no different than any other Chillies in my experiences that is. Service: Service was pretty good. My waitress spoke some English and that allowed us to help her learn more. She stated she was learning and it would help her out. We got our drinks in a timely manor and she constantly asked us if everything was ok. Just the right frequency. Food: The food was great actually. It didn't take long for our meals to be prepared but that didn't take away from the presentation. I went with two friends. One ordered like a chicken wrapped in bacon. The other ordered rice,beans, chicken and shrimp. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. All was fine except both of my friend's chicken tasted weird, like gaimy and kinda expired(spoiled). My friend who ordered the chicken and shrimp plate got food poisoning, he spent 3 days in the bathroom with diarrhea. I got a bit sick because I tasted his chicken. We ordered 7up, it did not taste like it, only plain soda. We changed the drinks to fruit punch, HORRIBLE, it tasted like Medicine (robitussin). Avoid this place like the plague. I should have checked out yelp before stepping foot in here. This Chilis is nothing like the run-of-the-mill Chilis state side. There is no self parking, so you're left to the mercy of inattentive parking attendants. Once you finally get inside, the hostess was no where to be found for a good five minutes. She was busying getting balloons. There were empty, clean tables ready to go but still a long wait. I asked the hostess for a high chair. After a 20 minute wait we were shown to out table. There was no high chair. I reminded the hostess about the highchair. She gave me massive attitude--sigh and eye roll. A busboy just dumped the highchair by the table. I had to wipe if off and arrange the chairs. I should have just left at this point, but my toddler and hubby were hungry so we stayed. The server took ages to finally take out drink order. Another long wait for the drinks. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was raw with pink coloring and a rubbery consistency. I had to pass the salad off to another server because our server disappeared. The manager came by and asked if I wanted another salad. At this point my fodder and hubby were almost done with their own subpar dinners so I said I would just take a cup of chicken enchilada soup. Then, our server had the gull to charge us $4 for the cup of soup. Are you kidding me? We left a bad tip and booked it out of there. The only problem is that you have to wait until the parking attendants are good and ready to get your car. Another 20 minutes. We will never return here. Don't, just do not go. First of all it's $3.50 per hour to park here, unless you're a guest of the attached hotel. Secondly, we were welcomed with a sigh, then the young man that was seated us gave us tremendous attitude. Don't they work on tips here? Filthy establishment, cold food, long wait, terrible service. Currently eating at this restaurant in condado, and the water from the pipes falls right in our food. We ask for frozen margaritas and the server brings us juice margaritas and says it will take 15 mins to make it frozen. After the water drops in our food the server still try's to give us the same thing until we have to say twice the water fell from the pipes in it...and then he brings the same plate with the same mark on it back and says he's changed it and then argued that he did when the food was cold. read more

This Condado Chillis at Ashford avenue Puerto Rico sucks! Worst service ever, I went with a group of friends (10 of us to be exact) to celebrate a birthday, it was a Tuesday night. We arrive to the rest. like at 9pm (they close at 11:30pm) at first the server took our order pretty quick like 5-10 minutes after we sat. Then all started to go wrong, first strike: 8 of us order at the same time the other two ordered after. Obviously the food of the 8 that ordered first arrived like 20 minutes after we ordered that's ok (average) but one of the orders didn't arrive until 40 minutes after the order of the other two arrived (they ordered 10-15 minutes after the girl that waited around 40-50 minutes for her plate (that was pretty awful). Second strike: they left us alone in the second floor (literally) so the server took forever for refills and also to bring us the check, I don't lie to you when I say we waited around 1 HOUR FOR the check SERIOUSLY A HOUR OR MORE. Third strike: He offer us two Molten because of the time we waited (he also took forever for that) like 30 minutes. we were pretty pissed already so we went to the first floor to ask for the check. Strike number FOUR: they didn't have credit card service at the moment, three of my friends didn't have cash so they walked around 10 minutes to go to a ATM and bring the cash back and pay.... overall it sucks! on top of all that the server and manager gave us attitude and didn't even offer us a discount for the two hours or more that we waited. Both business trips: 1st was the later part of 2013- the boss man chose, how could I say no, yet alone a "Hell No!" We had horrible service and bugs, I'm not talking about your sugar ants, ROACHES!!! Omg Mommy! however I chose not to write a review. PITTY the fool...me! SHAFT ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU! Get me twice, ally fault. 2nd was April 2014 service was spot on however once again Roaches!!!!! I believe it was the same one because it was the size of a human toe. Didn't pass go! Didn't speak to management!
