After almost four years of lower back pain that eventually spread to my hips and hip flexors, I had pretty much given up on my athletic lifestyle. Been wanting to try muscle lab and they finally opened a location by me in Woodland Hills. Took advantage of the 50% offer for the myofascial massage, scraping and cupping. Came out to about $124. Pros: Liam knew what he was doing. Pain but good pain. Also talked me through it. It's early but def feel like he got the knots and helped release a lot of the tightness. Place looks clean and has a lot of services. Cons: No privacy. I was on a bed in a wide open area and in clear view of the people sitting in recliners doing IV drips. A partition would be nice. Also, the guy next to me was making so much noise. Talking. Being vocal about the pain or how it felt good. On the phone. I know I'm not there for a relaxing Swedish massage but it was pretty annoying and distracting. This place needs to do something about privacy and creating a better environment during your session. read more

This place is a game changer. I have chronic upper back pain and spasms after a neck injury a couple years back. After discovering this place- I cancelled my Burke Williams membership and stopped going to my other long time neuromuscular massage guy. I get a myofascial release every 2 weeks and am doing much better! I've tried the stretch as well and it's pretty good! Raquel is great! The sessions come with cupping and scraping and if you have time- 30 minutes of lower extremity compression boots. read more

After looking into what Myofascial Release really is and the benefits, I figured it was time to try it myself. Their other locations had solid reviews and their socials looked legit, so I finally pulled the trigger and booked a session at the new Muscle Lab in Woodland Hills. It ended up being way better than I expected. I went in feeling stiff from work and walked out feeling like my body (mainly back pain) finally loosened up. Keghon worked on me and was dialed in the whole time..super intentional, knew exactly what he was doing, and didn't overexplain or rush anything. The session felt tailored, not some generic routine. I noticed the difference immediately and even more the next day. Honestly, I'm hyped they opened up a spot like this in Woodland Hills. Real recovery work, close to home. Came in for Myofascial Release at the Woodland Hills Muscle Lab and didn't realize how much my body needed it. The session included Theragun work and cupping, which honestly made a big difference. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Dumianna is incredibly professional, respectful, and attentive, and she made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire service. Everything was explained clearly, and she went above and beyond - from providing a blanket to keep me warm and covered, to checking in and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Even though the service was done in an open area, I never once felt exposed or uncomfortable, and it didn't take away from the experience at all. They also offered a private room if I wanted it, but I personally preferred staying in the open space and felt completely fine doing so. If you're dealing with any kind of a sports injury or some kind of nerve pinch this place does miracles. Had been dealing with a pinched nerve that was radiating pain down my shoulder blade and arm, went in for the Myofascial Release and boy did it do job. One thing I can say that makes this different from a " traditional " recovery place is that you get to choose exactly what you need fixed. As well as they ask you what kind of movements are cause pain, also work to focus on improving those conditions. After my treatment, I barely felt the pinched nerve following the next morning almost was completely gone, giving me full range of motion and comfort. The process was extremely easy the front desk was extremely helpful with accommodating me and helping me reschedule for my next appointment. This place is a 10 for 10 recommendation. After suffering with severe leg pain for months, I finally tried Muscle Lab Woodland Hills and I'm beyond impressed. My wife noticed their location driving by on Ventura Blvd and suggested I check them out. Best decision ever. The studio is bright, inviting, and has a very professional yet comfortable vibe. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lower body myofascial release session that was perfect -- targeted, effective, and really worked on the root issues. The next day I woke up almost totally pain-free. I love that Muscle Lab is a full muscle recovery and wellness lounge with services like IV Therapy, Vitamin Shots, Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Stretch Therapy, Hyperbaric Chamber, and more. It's awesome to see a high-quality place like this open in Woodland Hills (only since January). Easy access, plenty of free parking, and results that speak for themselves. I'll be going back for maintenance and trying their other offerings. STIFF NECK GONE FINALLY!!! Came in for Myofascial Release focused on my neck at Muscle Lab in Woodland Hills and it helped way more than I expected. The work was slow and focused, and I could feel the tension easing up as the session went on. Afterward they recommended I add a Recovery IV Therapy drip, so I went for it and did it while doing compression therapy, which was honestly a great combo. Left feeling looser, more relaxed, and just better overall. Definitely glad I did all of it. read more
