They joke around, get loud, celebrate your order AND your tip, and make you want to come back. Something cool they do is have food service gloves for you when you eat the messy tacos. Everyone at the party was full and happy by the time his sweet food truck pulled away from our patio. His steak and pork burritos were my favorite. The homemade salsa that came with them had so much flavor, and was well balanced in terms of spice level. I personally did not like the chicken burrito.
