My experience was similar to previous reviews. Mike was great. I tried to get someone to come before Christmas. Nobody else was available or was not answering the phone. Chimney Champ worked me in when nobody else could. He also charged me about $50.00 less than my other quotes. Mike arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained that our trees were a hazard and indicated that they needed to be cut back before using the chimney. Mike came out the next day, cleaned my chimney, and then called me (I wasn't on site, house was unoccupied between tenants), after sending me pictures of some things that needed to be taken care of. When I saw the Chimney Champ van today, I walked over and got their card. Not knowing anything except Mike was working at my neighbors'. After he was done there, he and his co-worker came to my house and cleaned my chimney. I lucked out with Chimney Champ. Glad that I went with Mike as everything was done most efficiently and thoroughly. He ever showed me a photo of the area near the chimney that caused my leak. My roofer had already informed me of this, but I appreciated the photos and confirmation. Also, Mike checked my dryer vent as it was spitting out lint. Come to find out it is normal, as the dryer is still heating up. When the dryer stops heating, I will call Mike to clean it out.
