I called and spoke to Luca who immediately made the change in their system. The oven was delivered the next day and the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful. Again, I made another mistake. I forgot to order the stand to put the pizza oven on. I called Luca again and he took payment for the stand and offered to waive the FedEx costs since I paid for assembly initially. That would have been great customer service already, but to go a step further, Luca called me back and said they would put it on a truck and deliver it that same day. Such a great experience!

My chimney had significant cracks and gaps in the ceramic lining. Because I have over 200,000 BTUs, a stainless steel liner was not an option. The Doctor Chimney crew applied a thermocrete product called Smoktite. Based on photos and video of the work, they did a great job. The material was applied to the entire inside of the chimney flue. The thermocrete uniformly coated the entire interior of the flue. I would estimate the material thickness at around 1/2 inch. All cracks and defects were sealed. I highly recommend the staff for Bergen and Hudson county at the number I mentioned above.

They refused to refund my money or even remove the equipment installed at no cost. They blamed me for their lack of knowledge of fireplace inserts for the error. They are NOT CHIMNEY DOCTORS. They, to my knowledge, do not play Chimney Doctors on TV either. I would put my money in a shredder before I would do business with them again. When I had their equipment removed, I found that the parts they sold me were probably secondhand and poorly installed. See the pictures. They were installed in pieces with gaps that would have allowed moisture to get into my chimney.
