I was given a window of 12-4 and they arrived at 1pm. It didn't take long. They identified a fault with the seal around the gas pipe which was not with proper material and were able to correct and seal it properly. The exterior and part of the attic they could check was checked and I was given advise on next steps along with an upgrade option for future consideration. I was also shown how to open and close the damper and I felt very comfortable asking questions. The job cost $274 which I paid via Zelle and I received details of the work, recommendations, and receipt promptly after. Great and efficient service. His work has completely gone downhill, and he clearly has major issues finishing jobs. Most recently, he scammed me out of $470. He promised to order my logs, and weeks later--nothing. First, it was a bunch of excuses, and now he has completely vanished. Worse? He blocked all my phone numbers. There is something seriously wrong here. It's clear he is using customers' money for something else because this pattern of delays, excuses, and disappearing acts is constant. DO NOT pay him upfront. DO NOT hire him. If you ignore this warning, expect to get ripped off. To make matters worse, he also did logs for my friends (who I had originally recommended him to), and they arrived broken.
