I ordered delivery so I can't speak on the location, but the delivery didn't take very long. I ordered the General Tao's Chicken, Fried rice, 1 Piece Egg Roll, and Milky Bubble Tea. The general tao's chicken was average and not spicy at all 3/5, rice was good but nothing special another 3/5, the egg roll and the sauce was 4/5, and milky bubble tea was so good 5/5! Overall I'd give it a 4/5 and it may be better to sit down and eat rather than be delivered so I'll give it another go. read more

We called in an order after DoorDash failed to deliver it to us. Boy are we glad we did! The staff was very friendly. The service was fast and the food was outstanding! We got the steak fried rice and veggie lo mein with crab ragoons. It was not over salty or over sauced. It is one of the best Chinese meals we have had! Summary: The sushi's not quite up to the level you'd get in a major city but for Jonesboro it's pretty good. My son wanted sushi for his birthday so after trying (and only being moderately impressed) with another sushi restaurant in town he decided to take a chance on Chin Chin. Being his birthday, we decided to get a variety of rolls for all of us to share and then individual meals for each of us. The sushi was 5 star level for Jonesboro...probably 4 stars if you were in a Little Rock or Memphis or other major city. The flavor of the fish was pleasant and the only knock I have is that they use a bit too much sauce on the rolls. Still, we devoured them very quickly once we received them. My General Tso chicken was some of the best I've had in a while. It was actually HOT (spicy) instead of just tangy. The temperature of the food was nice and hot as well, which I like. (I don't mind having to wait a few minutes for the food to cool so I know it's cooked all the way through.) My son ordered the chicken Udon soup noodles and wasn't entirely happy with it. Said the flavor was rather bland. He barely ate a quarter of it. (Felt horrible that it happened on his birthday. :( ) Bottom line: Chin Chin is in the upper level of sushi and Chinese food restaurants for the Jonesboro area. read more

Kinda disappointed that they don't sell sushi bc it was what we were craving so opt for gyoza, coconut shrimp and bangbang chicken instead and it was delicious! Food was hot and fresh and had great flavors. The fried rice was a little bland but I wasn't too worried bc the food was well flavored enough! I was looking for bubble tea in Jonesboro and the only place that popped up was Chin Chin's so we drove out here. We also decided to get some sushi since we were here. Wife and I tried it last weekend because I had heard good things. Well it was blah to say the least. Bang bang chicken had zero flavor or described spicy heat. Wife's hibachi shrimp was ok at best. Rice lacked flavor(salt/pepper), the sauce with the shrimp was bland and looked like gray water. The only good thing was the crab rangoons(wonderful) no longer make sushi either. In my ever constant struggle of trying to find a good Chinese food restaurant I tried Chin Chin's I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and an egg roll and a yumi yumi roll *without* cream cheese. The meal comes out in to go trays even though we are dining in (it's a pet peeve of mine) and it is just a TON of rice in the big portion and the chicken in the smaller ones. The chicken was alright but the rice was awful. No matter what I put on it I just couldn't make it taste good. It took a while for my roll to come and and when it did, there was cream cheese in it. I had never deep fried sushi so that was interesting... But I just couldn't get passed the cream cheese. I ended up not finishing it or my chicken/rice. Doubt we will be back. read more

We absolutely love this place. You can get hibachi food without paying hibachi prices!! Ruminate on that for a moment . . . Anyway, my ten year old loves loves loves fresh Chinese food. This is his second favorite place in town. He orders several different dishes from their menu and has never finished the adult portions. When I can convince him to order the child portions he generally finishes those. So far no child in my family (there are 5) has any complaints about eating here. I love the titanic roll. I thought I would try the newest one in town. I was yet again disappointed.The young man at the counter was not very fluent in English so there was a bit of a language barrier. He gave us too much change back, which my husband corrected him on. I ordered the hibachi chicken and rice entree the chicken was dry and the rice had a weird smell about it. I ordered an egg roll and it was just GROSS! After we ate all we could stomach, we noticed the receipt and we were charged for three drinks when we only had two. My husband went back and told them and we got that taken care of with no problem. So I'm still on the hunt for a good Chinese restaurant. read more

I heard about this place from a coworker, and I finally had a chance to come here. This place has pretty good hibachi chicken. My boyfriend and I got some last night and loved it, plus it was cheaper than what we pay at hibachi places. If you like spicy foods, try their homemade hot oil (the flavor is so delicious). The Asian girl at the counter was very nice and recommended the hot oil to me. I came on another day and ordered their Taro Boba drink and it was pretty good. I haven't tried the Chinese food or sushi since I just come for the hibachi entrees. The restaurant is very clean and well kept on the outside dining area. I've never been to the bathroom since I just get take out. I will be back for more hibachi entrees and try the other kinds of boba drinks. Okay so I went to chin chins just to try it out because I usually only just go to Hiro when I'm in town and wanting some sushi and I wanted to branch out a little, wish I didn't tbh. I got a volcano roll and a side of fried rice. The volcano roll was eh I mean it was edible but definitely not the best sushi I've had, it was dry but also had some good spice to it. But for the fried rice...it was awful! Had no flavor whatsoever and I don't really think they actually fried it. It didn't even have any egg in it or vegetables, really just tasted like they made some instant rice and added a lil soy sauce for color but there was absolutely no flavor from it at all. I added like eight of the soy sauce packets and some yum yum sauce but it didn't make it any better! Fr just go to hiro, they are sooooo good and have good deals at lunch. Decide to give this place a shot instead of going to mamasang sushi & grill since they open at 11 not 11:30 but I should've waited with patients. Food was okay, hubby and I ordered a couple appetizers which included edamame and coconut shrimp which was okay, lunch was sesame chicken, Cali roll, their asu roll, spicy tuna roll and I forgot the last one. Rolls where okay, they pretty much taste the same minus the Cali roll, that lacked a lot of flavor but we were hungry. I appreciate an establishment that's clean and what not but my biggest pet peeve when you're eating and someone comes and sweeps around you. No I didn't order an extra side of dust with my food. i'm so upset and i will tell you folks why. chin chin is my favorite restaurant, bar none. i eat there probably three times a week. i love it so stinking much. unfortunately, last night was the last time i'll ever eat there. so i had the spicy salmon roll and a side of rice, and i enjoyed it; it was as good as it always is. however, roughly six hours later at 1 AM, i woke up and had violent vomiting and diarrhea. i am still having these symptoms twelve hours later. the only thing i can blame is chin chin, and i will never eat there again. so, just so y'all know, you're playing russian roulette when you go to chin chin. i probably ate there twenty times before i got food poisoning, but it happened. save your stomach and just don't. read more
