The interior design is super cool, with a modern, tech-inspired theme. The QR code ordering system is very convenient, and I really love the cat robot that delivers the food. Very cute and fun experience! Most of the side dishes at the side dish bar are consistently tasty. Their hot pot is also nice, and the tomato broth is definitely my favorite. It's flavorful without being too heavy. (Personally, I prefer the Cordova location over the East Memphis one.) Small tip: any sauces or dishes with "901" in the name are definitely worth trying!

OMG this place is AMAZING!…read more I loved it. You can do hotpot or Korean BBQ as a table but you can also do both for an extra fee. I love the robot that brings your food out. It's just sooooo cute. They also have a sauce bar with seaweed salad (MY FAV!) and lots of sauces. Oh yeah soup bases, I feel like whatever hodge podge I made up myself was better than the bases I've tried so far. I just didn't like teh Szechuan spicy or the Healthy Herb bases so I will definitely stick to Original next time and just add a bunch of stuff I like. I think they charge like $14 per lb that you leave on the table but will only charge the $14 if you take it home? They let me just pay that and just gave me containers to take my stuff home with. I managed to fit it all in. All I know is I will DEFINITELY be back! A sheet with suggested cooking times would be fantastic bc I really had no idea when anything was done. I have been here multiple times and enjoyed all the menu items I have tried. I love the chicken wings. They are fried well and seasoned to perfection. I ordered the rice bowl this time. It was good but not my fav dish. The dumplings were tasty too. Service was very good. Our waitress was nice and helpful. Decor is very unique and pleasant to admire. I will return to get those chicken wings for sure.

We also really liked the decor inside the restaurant, but this time we actually dined on the patio, which made for a nice change of pace So we ordered the wings, and they absolutely delicious --we liked them so much we ordered a second round. The crawfish dumplings were also solid, but the wings were the standout of the meal. We also tried the Bake MF Margarita, which I expected to taste like tea, but it's actually a refreshing peach-flavored margarita. At about $22, it's generously sized for two people and definitely worth trying. Our server, Mason, was very nice and made great selections for us. Overall, I'm giving Good Fortune Company (4/5). The only reason it wasn't a perfect score was the missing Slap Noodles. Even so, I'd happily return and hope to try them next time. Next time im ordering Ramen!

Went as soon as they opened up and was the only one sitting while others were ordering for pickup. I sat by the window inside but it does have a nice shaded outdoor patio area. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. She even answered my question about the Hattoek. As I was finishing my meal, she put my noodles on the to-go container since it can be tricky. I ordered the Fried Mandus, medium curry ramen (sub chicken for extra beef) & Hattoek. It's just as I remembered it. The curry sauce was yummy and the beef paired perfectly. Next time, I'll get extra veggies with it too. 1st time trying Hattoek and it was nice. The ice cream was a little nutty and donuts filled with warm cinnamon. As long as this place is opened, I will always be a customer.

Their ramen is literally top ramen instant packs with chicken bouillon cubes and maybe some seasonings...& their appetizers are always greasy. Mandu's aren't really even mandus. Their jjangmeon is greasy as well and not even authentic to its real taste. I gave it 3 more tries before I realized yeah..this place has gone downhill terribly. I didn't like one of my dishes and i specifically told them what I didn't like about it and they still charged me because the chef said "I made it correctly" and I was very disappointed because a kimchi soup should NEVER taste tomatoe-y EVER. I looked back in the kitchen and saw white folks in the kitchen and knew yeah, no. this establishment has no soul or care. There are better Korean options here in Memphis, after some time this place has lost all its care and soul. Like who serves appetizers on plate that says "oh shucks" and it's a picture of oysters...it gives CHEAP & careless.

After taking a minute to look over the menu, I decided to go with the AYCE Hotpot dinner. I ordered spicy soup with squid, crab stick, lamb, sirloin, bamboo shoot, bok choy, enoki mushrooms and ramen noodles. It was a lot of food, but I was starving and I ate most of it. They do charge for food waste so be mindful of that. Overall, it was very good and a nice experience. Price is reasonable. I will most definitely be back. Maybe I'll try the BBQ next time.

Hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Understandable bc it was a Saturday night. But…read moreclearly that is just a line given because the hostess didn't even remain at the desk- she went to the bar and sat down and was drinking her drink and staying on her phone. We saw a few tables exit and how would she even know if no one is hosting the stand? She literally had her back to everything. We felt trapped as 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes went by. After an hour we were finally seated. It was that horrible experience of not knowing if we should leave or if we had already invested so much time, surely we would be the next person called? I wish the hostess would've told the truth about the wait. It was only after patrons that came in behind us started to rightfully become upset, suddenly there was a host of people at the stand and tables were getting cleared. After an hour, we were finally seated in the very back of the restaurant and it took another 5 to 7 minutes before someone came over and acknowledged us. The salad bar area where you can make your sauce was missing half of the ingredients and absolutely no attempts were being made to refill the station. Items were left off of our order and we had to ask for them to be brought out. Saw a lot of employees standing around on their phones behind the salad bar station near the bathrooms in the kitchen. There are now far too many AYCE Korean/ Asian BBQ/ hotpot areas in Memphis to go back to a place with bad service and low quality food experiences. We used to proudly bring our out of town friends and family to try this dining experience- but would be too embarrassed to bring them now.

Everything was delicious. The portions were big, food was seasoned well, and our server was very attentive - keeping us informed of the slight kitchen delay due to a large party ahead of us. After lunch, we popped over to the Asiana market for Korean ice cream bars, which were also delicious! (Apologies in advance for the low quality photos - I had to snap fast before everyone dug in!)
