What can I say? I love this place. Authentic Chinese street food. Husband and wife behind the counter and in the kitchen. When I asked whats good, the husband took me in the dining room and pointed at Jiang Bing (only avail on weekends). Completely new to me but how could I say no. He then brought me out complimentary green tea while I waited. The dining room is definitely no frills. But what was served was straight forward and real and that is what I respect. Definitely will return.

This is a real mom and pop shop run by a husband and wife. I went late for a lunch on a Saturday. I got a seat right away. Chong qing spicy noodles was my favorite item here. It was a spicy beef noodle soup. Peanut gives a welcome crunch. Melaleuca beef patty was another excellent item. Beef shashlik had a lot of flavor. Jian bing was good, but is vegetarian. I wish there is option to make it non vegetarian. Beef and onion dumplings didn't look beautiful, but had flavor. Also quantity was good as well.

The food was fantastic. I went with my Chinese friend and got the Rougamo and Lamb Shashlik. The portion was a good size and a good value for $9.99. The lunch prices are super good. The owner was very nice. The atmosphere was fine, like a mix between authentic Chinese and a random old bar. I would for sure go again.

The absolute best place - and only place - in town for authentic Chinese street food! The restaurant looks and feels like an authentic canteen from China and with quick and friendly service, the tasty dishes here can't be beat

It's like going over to your friend's parents' place for dinner. Very sociable staff -- truly a mom and pop kind of place.

This place is amazing! Great service! I'm surprised this place isn't packed for lunch every day.

Okay wow a spot I've driven by multiple times but finally made the time to go to! I loved the vibe…read moreat Taigu and it was obviously a popular spot to the Middleton community. While they were busy, the service was so friendly and smiley- it made for such a fun time. Although they were busy, through a quick smile and usher to a table, somehow my sister and I were convinced to sit at a table with two other customers. While it was odd sitting at a table enough for six people with two strangers, we felt comfortable enough to have our own separate conversations because of the hustle and bustle around us. We ordered a plate of the housemade cat ear noodle four color vegetable. The vegetables could've been cooked through a bit more but their sauce was perfect for the dish and the noodle texture complimented the rest of the dish. We did think there might've been a higher ratio of noodle to vegetable which made for a heavier meal, so balancing those two could've been nicer. You'll definitely receive a large portion of food here- no fear haha Parking is available around the side but during peak hours definitely packed. They have free wifi!

I definitely would go back but would stick with the noodles rather than get an appetizer as well.

It felt like most of the dish was just the noodles, and it was not balanced (ended up not finishing the noodles). Service is very straightforward. You order up front, and they deliver the food to you. After that, you put away your dishes/trash. Very standard noodle shop. Nothing too crazy. The texture of the noodle that's achieved by hand pulling cannot be replicated by a machine. This family run restaurant deserves your attention if you love authentic, tasty, and local food. There are many options: hot/cold; udon, rice, cut noodles if you don't want hand pulled; soup dumplings; baos; and more. We will be back for noodles and dumb for sure! This family restaurant will not disappoint if you're in the mood for noodles, or noodle soup.
