You get to serve yourself EVERYTHING and put up everything yourself. You get your own dirty plates and forks to eat with; you get your own drinks from a leaky fountain drink machine that will leave your cup and hand sticky, and you also get to put up all your dishes when you leave. Sadly, they don't want you to wash them before you leave. They don't have any music playing. You get to play your own music!
