Great but not the best Chinese I have had in the area. We picked up dinner here on the way home from shopping in Deland. We ordered two quarts of wonton soup ($2.50 each), a quart of egg drop soup ($2.50), Chicken with Cashew nuts ($10.50), Chicken and broccoli ($10.50), and Chicken with mixed vegetables ($10.50). Our order took about 15-minutes and the most of the food was hot, fresh, and tasty; unfortunately, the fried rice was a bit salty. To make matters worse we forgot to order the eggrolls we wanted, not fault of the restaurant; regardless, there was plenty of food to go around for the three of us. One thing that I really appreciate about this restaurant is that they will cook your food without adding MSG. I have no tolerance for the poison and it's good to see they won't use it if you request it, so be sure to let the chef know you are allergic so you're not ingesting it too. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend this store if you are in the area and looking for some decent Chinese food.

Not my first time here, but each time the food has been very good. Today I had the egg foo young, lunch special, with a side of wings. The wings were ordered based on a review and they did not disappoint. They were lightly seasoned and perfectly crunchy. The egg foo young was also very good, something that is not easy to get anywhere. The prices are reasonable and service always pleasant. As others commented, it's not really a restaurant in the traditional sense, but if you want to eat in there is seating. The ambiance is dated and unremarkable. I would sit and eat especially since the food is good but it's not a afternoon or evening out type. It's a great take out spot. I recommend it and I will be back.

Awesome food, service and prices. My family's been eating here for years, we always get take-out and the food is super yummy everytime. We order on phone and our order is always ready in 20 minutes. I highly recommend their french fries and chinese donuts for picky eaters. My boyfriend likes the Sweet and Sour Chicken and the Orange Chicken, sometimes the wings too.

It's hard to find a legit Chinese food spot like up north but, this place truly did not disappoint! We will be returning again! Everything was good and fresh!

Recently moved to Debary and decided to try some Chinese. Took it to go and ordered house mei fun and orange chicken. The food was hot. Not bad. Orange chicken was a little to saucy for my taste and didn't have that crisp. Would order here again for a quick meal. Couple pictures to showcase.

Good food but if you're ordering take-out, they tell you it will be ready in 10 minutes but takes closer to 30 so that's a bother

We enjoy trying new eateries and we chose the Royal Asian Bistro. What a treat!! The 5 star rating, in my opinion, was absolute! When we arrived, we were greated with a genuine, friendly smile and a "welcome". My hubby is a diabetic and I asked the young lady behind the counter if all their dishes were prepared with sugar (a BIG "no no" for a diabetic) or was it possible to order a dish made WITHOUT sugar. The receptionist went back to the kitchen to inquire an obtain an accurate answer (we really liked that .. no guesswork). We were told that many of the sauces for some dishes are already prepared containing sugar, but, some of those dishes contain a very small amount of sugar. Also, they had some dishes containing no sugar at all. This was pleasing to our ears and we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was was not large, and was neat and clean. It was fairly full already but we were seated immediately and given menus by a very friendly server who asked us what beverages we would like while deciding on our meal. We both are seafood lovers so we chose an appetizer of crab rangoons (6). I opted for an Asian Shrimp lunch special which came with a cup of very good, egg drop soup that had a suprisingly delicate, but very pleasant, enjoyable taste. Not the strong chicken noodly flavor that some places serve. I ate EVERY DROP. The JUMBO shrimp was in a lightly spiced garlic brown sauce with mixed veggies (green peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and a touch of celery). The sauce was "labeled .. hot garlic sauce" but my inquiry as to "how hot" was answered as "very little". Our server was right .. it had a delightful slight amount of heat that evolved only as you were swallowing. The dish consisted 10 or 11 JUMBO shrimp. I'm not kidding .. JUMBO! It was quite good ... and the portion was large (literally half of the plate). It came with tasty fried rice with a small amount of veggies in it that filled the other half of the plate! What an excellent lunch special and all of it .. cup of egg drop soup, jumbo shrimp with mixed veggies and fried rice .. all for only $10.99! I couldn't eat it all and took 1/2 of the shrimp dish home as well as the 6 crab rangoons ($6.99). We had ordered them to go. My hubby opted for a shrimp dish as well ... Thai Cashew Nut Shrimp .. lightly breaded jumbo shrimp, onion, green peppers, and carrots served in a very tasty brown sweet chili sauce .. Again JUMBO shrimp .. a large portion of about 10 shrimp at a cost of $15.99. Hubby changed the white rice to fried rice with only a $2.00 upcharge. Hubby ate the whole thing! He was a very happy camper. We each had a soda for our beverage. As a side note, when hubby tested his blood sugar in the evening .. it was at a normal level .. yeaaa! So, the small amount of sugar in his shrimp dish did NOT cause his blood sugar to spike .. GREAT NEWS for any diabetic .. no insulin shot was needed! Our lunch was really enjoyable .. in a quiet, friendly, clean, smallish sized restaurant, with attentive, happy servers, GREAT tasting food, and VERY REASONABLE prices. Our entire lunch .. a crab rangoon appetizer (6) that we ordered to go, my cup of egg drop soup (part of the lunch special) , 2 large portioned shrimp & veggie meals, and 2 sodas came to only $43.60. What a treat .. great food in a nice clean little restaurant, with very friendly people at great prices .. what more could a person want? If you enjoy Thai, Japanese & Chinese food at reasonable prices, I believe you'll enjoy the Royal Asian Bistro located in Orange City, FL in the shopping center right after The Olive Garden on Enterprise Blvd. We will definitely be going there again, and again! Happy day!!!

Got the chicken and the steak - hubs loved the chicken and I loved the steak. Veggies were yum. I did love the rice that came with the hibachi though, it was more of a Chinese fried rice over hibachi. All in all, we will be back!

Nothing against the wonderful Asian population, but often times it's difficult to understand them when I call into Chinese take-out spots. With that said, my order was placed with ease and my food was already waiting for me on the counter when I arrived. That's what I call good service! My order of beef Lo Mein and combination special of sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice was surprisingly good. The food was reminiscent of New York style Chinese takeout so I must say I was taken a back. The Lo Mein tasted good but I will say it had a lot of sauce and was slightly softer than I prefer. The sweet and sour chicken was typical of anywhere but the pork fried rice had a smoked flavor to it which gave it a nice touch. You could really taste that hot fired-up wok! The only negative I would say about this first experience was that the egg roll was not fresh and seemed fried twice yet still more mushy than crispy. I'm interested in trying other menu items but I should pace myself because healthy eating isn't a synonym for Chinese take out.

You know how we get used to going to the same place and just keep going again and again and again... Well, I was craving a pupu platter the other night and our reg place doesn't have the usual things with theirs, so I took to Yelp to find somewhere else to get one. Lee's Palace looked like that have a great one, and they definitely do! Everything on their platter was fabulous. The wings were so darn good hubby and I are going to find out if we can just order wings from there b/c we always do a big wing order on Super Bowl Day every year! The only other thing we tried was a large order of beef lomein and I kid you not when I say it is the best I have had - hubby also agreed. We're from Florida, so it's not like we've got the best experience with Chinese food, but it truly is the best either of us have had before. Can't wait to try other things on the menu which is the only reason for four stars and not five. I'd rather try some of their main courses before giving five stars. You can bet the next time we are craving Chinese food that Lee's Palace is where we'll be getting it from. I will definitely update the review. Totally forgot to get pics because we were starving and the food was almost gone by the time I remembered. Oops! LOL I'll get some next time!
