After being shown to your seat and your drink order taken, you can begin filling your plate immediately. They have a good selection of chicken from mild to very spicy, and, if you get there after 3:30pm, they have crab legs that are pretty good (this coming from a non-seafood person). They do not have General Tso's chicken, however, and if you order it off their menu, they will serve you the Sesame Chicken on the buffet, General Tso's style (over white rice with steamed broccoli on the side). They also lack other Chinese staples such as egg foo yung and orange/lemon chicken. Their egg rolls are good, and they provide chopsticks upon request. The pricing is very fair, as well. One last point: This little place has over two dozen cameras. It has more cameras per square foot than Walmart, by a wide margin, and that's saying something. I'm not sure why.
