To make a long story short the incredible owner Edward personally brought my order to my hotel , after grubstank failed miserably. The food was terrific and this owner went WAY beyond what I expected. He didn't want to charge me until I received my refund from grubnot. The "plain" rice is not sticky rice like one would expect, but plain, hard white rice. My first experience here was about a year ago and I got the sesame chicken - when I called the restaurant to inform them that my chicken was still pink in the middle, the lady argued with me that it could not be true.
