Most of the pieces of shrimp I received are so hard and stale from being cooked some time ago that I cannot pierce them with a metal fork. The "plain" rice is not sticky rice like one would expect, but plain, hard white rice. My first experience here was about a year ago and I got the sesame chicken - when I called the restaurant to inform them that my chicken was still pink in the middle, the lady argued with me that it could not be true.
