Tonight AFTER paying for our bilo we advised about a cock roach that climbed the wall beside our booth and went under a framed hanging picture. We advised after paying so it was clear we were NOT asking for a free meal but wanted them informed about the disgust we had while trying to enjoy dinner. No I'm sorry whatsoever in fact they ignored us until I said it loud enough for others to hear. Still no sorry but a " we spray twice a week". The yelp map is wrong. This is the china buffet in the Kanawha mall in Kanawha City. I have eaten here so many times they know me by name. Probably for tens years. Like any buffet it is best to visit during peak hours but I've never seen a dried out pan of food. They have many great dishes. Always clean and fresh. No buffet can get 5 stars except maybe the Bellagio. read more

Mine & my daughter's favorite buffet here. My daughter was a pretty picker eater when she was little but she always liked Chinese buffets so we started going to this because there's more options here versus other buffets and the food is always great. Definitely not our first choice, we landed at this place after we discovered our first and second options were closed for Labor Day. Everything was pretty average and didn't really find anything to get too excited about. The sushi was about the worst I have ever encountered at a buffet and everything on the buffet seemed a bit too greasy. On the plus side, happy to find miso soup offered, the staff seemed friendly and the place was clean. Also the vegetable chow fun was delicious! If I lived in Charleston, I might go back, but as an occasional visitor to the area, will most definitely be hitting up other establishments. read more

Came here first time on a Wed after 5pm with my BF and wasn't busy at all. The girls were very quick with our refills and good customer service. But as far as the food everything was cold. Strong arm robers! They carg every customer if if they dont eat. I took a meal in for my son from burger king. They charged me for him any how then the owner had the nerve to disrespect me infront of company and snatched money out of my hand and refused to give me my money back or a recept. I called the police and the owner tried to lie and say i did not pay even tho i got my recept eventualy and the officer declined her complaint and told me to file against them. Also during our visit and employee knocked my 5 year old sun over and did not ask if he was alright and spilt soda on my company. She did not apologize. Worst business ever. read more

I really miss my favorite Chinese buffet. I ate there several times a month over a 10 year period. The food was always good. There's a great selection of main dishes, sides, soups, and salads. And it's reasonably priced. Luckily, I only moved 45 minutes away, so I can still eat there whenever I'm in Charleston. read more

This is by far one of the best Chinese restaurants in West Virginia. I travel wv quite a bit and have sampled all around. The owner is extremely nice and I had asked if an item had been removed from the lunch bar, he replied yes but then brought me a plate of it. Food is always fresh. The peanut chicken, teriyaki chicken, crab Rangoon and Hong Kong chicken are always a go to item. The staff is friendly and courteous and the prices are very good. Absolutely love this place! Our family eats here regularly. Yesterday, Sunday, February 14, 2016 was our last visit. The owner and employees have watched our children grow up. Its a very friendly environment, relaxed and clean. The waitresses are always right there, quick to serve u. Never once has my drink been empty or have i had to ask for a refill or extra napkins. They just know!! The food is GREAT and the house dressing for the salad is a must try. Best part they have ice cream for after our meal.
