The people are friendly, are fully bilingual, and the prices seem like from the 1990's, perhaps because they have been there so long and making a go of it in part because of the low rent on that strip of Broad Street. Not overly frostbitten bird, and a reasonable spicy sauce that had a good taste. The fried rice was yellow dyed and tasted over cooked and dried out. I didn't intend to eat much of it anyway. At $5.85 with a bottle of water, it was pretty cheap. I wouldn't rush back.
