Came on a Saturday at 4pm and it was empty so we were catered to right away, the food came decently fast. I got the Mee Siam and Spiced Calamari, I forgot the name of the other dish but it's one of the last items on the menu besides drinks, they were all in the drier side. Wished we got some sauce for the Calamari and the other dish. The thai ice tea was authentic and hit the spot. Highly recommend. Overall, a good experience and will be back. But be warned they may play the same song over and over again LOL. Idk if it was just when we went, but it was lowkey funny.

Great thai food. Neat Thai modern design/interior. Chill music. Pineapple fried rice was great. Chicken pad Thai was just about perfect...tender chix, not too tangy, just the right amount of sprouts and peanuts. Very affordable lunch specials. Go there.

We've ordered take out a couple times from this establishment and it's consistently good. Today we had the Char Kway Teow, Pad Thai and Eggplant with Salted Fish. The dishes are consistent in quality to what one would expect. Flavors were on point. The eggplant was a nice variation from the dishes we typically order (eg curries) and the salted fish added a nice punch of flavor.

The menu is unique here. I tried the green curry fried rice lunch special which was amazing. The service was fast and easy. Unfortunately they do not honor the free Thai iced tea with lunch special for checking in on Yelp which was a bit disappointing. Everything else is top notch though.

Sadly we did not have a great experience here as we hoped to since I was driving out a bit further to try a new place. I met a friend for lunch on a Thursday and as soon as we get there we were left standing in the doorway for 15-20 minutes. There was no one at the desk at the front and although we saw 2 employees there, no one greeted or sat us. If someone just greeted anytime within the 15-20 minutes and let us know the wait it would have been fine but they decided to not make eye contact and run to the kitchen for several minutes multiple times instead. I understand being short staffed but there was not many patrons in the place and lots of tables available. When we were finally sat after we flagged them down, they took forever to come and take our order. They did offer complimentary soup, not sure what kind - it was quite sour with a little spiciness. What I ordered: - Thai Pin chicken wings $9.95 (states that they are marginated with house recipe spices but tasted pretty bland, the sauce helped) - Pad Thai lunch special $10.50 (decent but I have tried many better places in the area) - Mochi Ice Cream $7.50 (standard, I think it's just the frozen kind, we did not end up finishing them even though it did not come with many) - Thai Iced Tea $4.50 (pretty good, similar to most other Thai restaurants) - Thai Mango Sticky Rice $8.95 (I ordered this to go and when I got home it was very good) All and all the prices are decent for lunch and the food is alright but the bad service makes it so I will never go out of my way to come here again.

We went to the movies and saw Ticket to Paradise, set in Bali. Of course it was gorgeous and suddenly I had an urge to eat Indonesian food! The closest place with similar food, we decided, would be a Thai place. The reviews were mixed so I didn't have too high hopes and warned hubby. It was early evening and a family was completing their dinner. Otherwise, it was just us and later people were coming in to pick up takeout. So not very busy. The place is small, clean, and attractively furnished. It's located in a strip mall. After studying the menu for quite some time, because there are quite a few choices, we ordered the crispy fried chicken wings (they were quite good, but consisted, essentially, of only two chicken wings with the tips missing, I wished there had been at least full wings or another two pieces. I like the crispy tips of wings. I don't know why restaurants don't serve them! They were complimented with a duck sauce), and the roti bread which came with a little dish that tasted of curry coconut and a small piece of tender beef and a small piece of potato. Hubby ordered a tom yum soup, which he said was good. I tasted it and it was good, but the vegetables needed just a tad more cooking to get the flavor inside them. For the main course, he ordered the beef Pad Thai, which he also enjoyed. I ordered the salted fish with eggplant, which was tasty and full of eggplant, onions, and green peppers in a brown sauce, but it had little in the way of salted fish, except for a few diced pieces. The portion was generous and it was tasty. This dish comes with a small bowl of jasmine rice. I ended up taking half of the dish home. Service was a little meh. The waiter would disappear (he was also taking the phone orders) and he never brought the mixed vegetables I had ordered. I had to remind him I had ordered the plain iced tea. No biggy because we weren't in hurry, but by the end of our meal, we were ready to leave and had to wait for him to return from the kitchen, so we could get the check. Do I recommend this place? Yes. Overall, I think this *could* be hit or miss. Everything we ate was well-seasoned and tasty. We didn't find the food bland as some have complained and we never heard a microwave being use as someone else complained. I like my food well-flavored and I found the food to be so. The portions aren't huge, but adequate and I actually brought half my food home. Dinner for two with the appetizers and one drink (plain iced tea) set us back $65, which in today's economy is pretty much the norm. Maybe we'll come again and try the lunch! Addendum: After eating my leftover Salted Fish with Eggplant (and still have some left for another day), I noticed the flavors blended very nicely overnight. Not only did it taste better, but tasted differently. I thought it's worth reminding people that the ingredients of some dishes really need time to blend and marinade overnight. I mention this because some reviews said the dishes weren't flavorful enough. Some dishes are not best served cold, but the next day!

All of the above were true, and the food was quite good too. Each of us got a lunch special w/ Thai Basil Beef, and it was a good dish. I enjoyed the wonton soup and side of rice too, and it was a really great price for all of that. Service is pretty fast and friendly; the waiter switched our soup orders by accident, but when he came back to bring more stuff, he noticed when we had switched them, which I give him some credit for. Everything is nice and fast, no issues there. Inside, it's a pretty good amount of space, and nice decoration throughout. My friend and I both thought the door to get from the foyer into the restaurant had a really nice design. Everything in there is clean and nicely put together. Men's room was clean too - not very big, but good enough size.

Thus, while service was reasonable, a person shouldn't assume anything about anyone: not these days, nor any era. To give each customer the benefit of doubt is the most basic of refined manners. The food, however, is well prepared and fresh in quality. The restaurant does seem to cater towards a more elderly audience based on the presentation styles and music choices. While the vegetables and shrimp dishes were clearly fused from different cultures to some extent, the fried rice might have had a bit too much salt as diabetes is on the rise these days--so we tend to choose lighter salt in meals. The pricing could also be more reasonable for simple and traditional choices.

This time I went with my mom and her boyfriend and we all loved the food and left with our bellies full! Our server was very attentive to us, kept our drinks filled, cleared our table of dirty plates quickly, and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured at all. We were disappointed to see that there was no soft shell crab, honey-coconut shrimp, or egg custard dim sum (all of which were present during my first visit and I was looking forward to) but given how wonderful everything else was, it wasn't a big deal The building was still crowded even though we went on a Tuesday evening, but I hear on weekends the line can be out the door so in comparison to that it sounds like we avoided most of the crowd. There were consistently workers keeping the food stocked and the building clean aswell. Lobsters and crabs were abundant. I learned about this place awhile ago from YouTube of which many gave praises. We frequented many mid level AYCE places like this and we've found that as time goes by, quality degrades with restaurants like this. Now there was a rather long length of time between discovering this place on YouTube and actually visiting this place. I wonder if the praises that were sung about this place were still valid. I would say yes. As previously mentioned, lobsters and crabs were abundant and makes it worth the trip on that alone. As for the other offerings, it was mostly surprisingly good. Don't expect Michelin quality food here. Generally, it's about the quantity BUT the food is pretty good. The sushi/sashimi shocked me a little. AYCE sushi is usually just passable but here, I thought it was pretty good. Everyone in my group loved the quality of the salmon. Other offerings, of which there were many, were pretty good. Standouts were the lamb chops in my opinion. Dessert options wasn't as extensive as the other AYCE places I've frequented but they do the job. Aside from the usual fountain soda options (serves by the restaurant staff) , they had a few fruit drinks and a milk tea option as well as some specialty drinks in a can. Scale 1 to 5. (Keep in mind that this is based on quality you'd expect from a typical AYCE restaurant. Food 5 (large selection of food and that shellfish!) Service 5 (Friendly staff and were pretty efficient in clearing the plates) Cleanliness 4 (Place was well kept. Deducted 1 star due to the stickiness of the floor around our table which reminded me of a movie theater floor... lol) Value 5 One con to point out. The restaurant was rather large yet the bathrooms were small and couldn't accommodate a lot of people at once. Not a huge quibble as the wait wasn't astronomical BUT it did seem odd that the size of the bathroom didn't match the size of the restaurant.

Here's what was ordered: - Signature Terakawa Ramen - 4.5/5 stars Boasted of rich, lovingly homemade pork bone soup with a good amount of sliced roast pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, and a jammy egg. The straight thin noodles were al dente. They maintained their texture in the broth, brilliantly. The broth was deep and flavorful. - Pork belly Donburi - 4.5/5 stars The juicy tender pork belly was plentiful, sliced perfectly as their we're not too thick nor paper thin. Their flavor was rich, savory with a balance of sweetness from the soy dashi sauce. Elegantly layered in top of a humongous bowl of seasoned rice, along with a sprinkle of scallions, pickled radishes, and sesame seeds. The photo on their menu does not do it justice. I would have loved a jammy egg to be included to bring the dish to the next level. - Gyoza - 3.5/5 stars 5 pieces of Pan-fried gyoza dumplings with their dumpling sauce. I would prefer them to have been fried a bit more. The balance between their pork and cabbage was even. They were delightfully light in both taste and texture. The service was very good. Both Willie, the owner, and a charming waiter named Sung served us. Sung kept coming over checking in to attest our cups were full, and if we needed anything else. I was told the have two locations: Philadelphia and the one we're dining at, Princeton Junction, NJ. Both locations serve homemade recipes from the Kumamoto region of Japan.
