Great fish fry - sides were good as well. Pricey but what can we do, it's 2026 inflation. Still worth the money

Food is good. Would recommend going there for good seafood. Wait time is a lil long but we'll worth it

She made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. She was constantly asking if everything was OK, if we liked our food, etc. My four friends ordered the sushi which was made various ways. They gave you a lot of sushi and it was amazing. I ordered my standard, Caesar salad and crabcake. Both of them were absolutely amazing. We ordered the chocolate cake for dessert, and Fiona gave us a complementary taste of the bananas foster. Everything was amazing. As we were leaving, Fiona gave us each one red rose. It was a pleasant, pleasurable evening. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who asks.

The calamari was particularly outstanding -- delicate, impeccably fresh, and perfectly crisp. The Parmesan Sole was equally impressive. The crispy Parmesan panko crust paired wonderfully with the bright lemon garlic butter, while the accompanying salad added a refreshing balance to the dish. The attentive service and elegant ambience created the perfect setting for a special celebration. A truly memorable dining experience.

I'll start off by saying that I truly want to give them a 3 1/2 star review, but since we know that…read morecan't happen I have to go with 3 stars because it wasn't close enough to a 4 star review. People love this place ... I say that because we were there late afternoon during the week and it was busy ... and it kept getting busier. I do understand why folks love it tho, because there's no other real seafood "shack" in the area specifically where folks can get their blue claw crabs. It truly does look and feel like a seafood shack because the wooden walls, brown paper on the table, paper towels on the table and overall decor scream "We are at the beach in a small southern town in the middle of nowhere where" lol Our server was great! She was very attentive and made recommendations... she was also very patient with us given that this was our first time here and we're a bit undecided on what we wanted to order. Now on to the food - this is honestly where I was underwhelmed. The broiled seafood had a whisper of flavor, the crab cake left a lot to be desired and the garlic buffalo shrimp were overwhelmingly buffalo sauce on top of fried shrimp. Now the clam chowder I had was amazing and I even ordered some to go. My friend enjoyed her crab legs meal overall and perhaps if we visit again that's the route I'll go. Oh and it's also a BYOB , so, be sure to grab your favorite bottle and bring it on in.

Our server was great, but I will say that we didn't see her much. Because we had our own drinks, I guess there wasn't a need to check in too much. Food breakdown below: Six blue crabs: BOMB. Well seasoned and dirty. But needed old bay lol. Probs should've asked but it's fine. Cajun shrimp deviled eggs: I would pass on these in the future. The shrimp, themselves, had good flavor. The egg filling was very bland. Mussels: I actually came across a lot of mussels that were empty. That said, the flavor was really good. Buffalo garlic shrimp: these were probably the weakest link. They were basic AF and while it's hard to mess up the flavor of buffalo sauce, you couldn't taste the garlic at all. Additionally, the texture of the coding was off, and the shrimp tasted overcooked. They were served with fries and those weren't very good either. Also, they do not have good ranch, for the record. In all, what I can absolutely tell you is that we will be back. We love crabs and for the amount of crabs and the flavor we got here, we would probably spend far more in a place like Baltimore. In total, I think we spent somewhere between 110 to 120. Not bad.

Much to my surprise I noticed that within the same mall strip that there was a restaurant by the name of "Crab Du Jour". This sign couldn't have been much more misleading. Upon entering, it gave dark and dated vibes but there were patrons inside so I opted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The host greeted us and asked what beverage we wanted and then sat us in one of the booth tables. The place is pretty large but dark. There are typical buffet stations separating both dining sides. Once we were ready to explore the stations, I was taken aback by the lack of food in the trays. I again took it as ok I'm sure they are in the middle of replenishing the food soon so I will at least get it fresh out of the kitchen. After trying out the hibachi station and being underwhelmed, I decided to glance at the "newer" selections of food that surely were replenished by now. Again, I was surprised that the same food stayed. In particular, the one item that lured me in was the "Crab..." in the restaurant name had never been refilled since I initially looked upon arrival. I asked several employees about the lack of replenishment and they looked around bewildered. It was at that moment, I was officially done. If you are in the area, steer very clear away from this spot. It was by far the worst experience of the year, sadly to say. I rated it 1 star for the ample strip mall parking.
