I Ordered Gran Marnier with crunchy shrimp, broccoli and walnuts and a small order of bbq spare ribs. A pint of white rice and a bag of won ton strips came with the meal. The order of ribs came with nothing I expected a pint of rice too. So two entrees and not enough rice. The ribs were OVERCOOKED,CHEWY and COLD. Both entrees were COLD, The broccoli was Cold like from a freezer bag. It ALL had to be heated up.The won ton chips were broken lil pieces and very stale. It was the worst dinner. I place a large order for delivery and for some strange reason they screwed up the order. I ordered pepper steak and I got beef with baby corn then I ordered Chinese broccoli and I never got that. Hands down the best Chinese restaurant on Staten Island! I love the wonton soup, the broth cannot be beat.

This place was recommended by friends for take-out. The food was AWFUL! The steamed pork dumplings were over doughy, dried out and flavorless! The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour....flavorless! The Kung Pow Chicken was also flavorless and had small, mealy pieces of chicken. The Shrimp, Pork and Chicken, was, you guessed it, flavorless, goopy, and devoid of descendable pieces of protein! Went one time and that's the last time. Shouldn't cost 3 people $100 for dinner for Chinese. Soup not included with your dinner but you can have for a bowl for $4.75. Service is slow and the food wasn't appetizing. The best part of the place is the bar but who goes to a Chinese restaurant to hang out at the bar. read more

My go to place for fried rice and unlike most of their dishes, which is very Chinese/American, I find that their fried rice is very home made and something you'd find on 8th avenue in Brooklyn. The Gung Bo Shrimp Ding is done well here and the salt pepper Calimari was so fresh. Some of the dishes are a bit starchy and sometimes less starchy which makes for inconsistency. Perhaps I should specify how I'd like it made next time. I do like starchy Chinese/American food. On the downside, their dim sum wasn't that great and shrimp toast was not good at all. Place is good! quality Chinese food,quick service, good food casual decor, you will always get a table at anytime and they now have Chinatown style noodle soups a few dollars more than some other spots I've been to birth in the city and here on the island(and a tad smaller in portion size) place is on the pricier side but it's quality vs some other take out spots here. read more

Take my advice do not order take out from here the portions are small and it's expensive. The food is delicious-it's not run of the mill by any means. It's fresh authentic Chinese food. There is linen on the table and the waiters are in bow ties. The atmosphere is very clean and traditional Chinese looking-the restaurant is huge. This place definately appeals and is frequented by and older upper middle class crowd that demands quality and doesn't mind paying a little extra for it.
