Delicious, the shrimp were a good size and a generous amount, the peppers and onions were perfectly cooked and the flour tortillas were perfect. Thank chicken quesadilla was cheesy, flavorful and grilled to perfection. Service here is fast, pleasant and my orders have always been accurate. This is my favorite Chinese takeout place in my area. I always orderthe sweet and sour chicken meal and it's almost always perfection. Sometimes though, the pork fried rice could use a little salt, and more importantly, lately the chicken has been fried slightly too long, but generally it's very, very good! Very fast if you call and order over the phone for pick up and for delivery through a third party, but may take some time if ordering delivery through them. read more

I have been eating here for maybe 20 years (since they were closed to Party City). I moved twelve years ago, but whenever I come back to visit family, I have to get food here. I haven't eaten inside since I was a kid and they were in another location, but I'm always more than satisfied with their food and service. I always liked that they offered Chinese tea for the sit-in guests, though I'm not sure if they still do. I'm sure the decor has changed since they moved locations, but it's likely just as nice as it used to be. The General Tso's chicken has been my favorite since I was young and this place has the best General Tso's sauce (and chicken) I've ever tasted. It's flavorful and abundant--not just cooked in the sauce, but almost smothered in it, so you can actually taste it. There is nothing lacking. Their sesame chicken is my runner-up and is always delicious, as well. I don't know what I'd do if this place ever closed. I have had Chinese food in a variety of places in several states and nothing compares to the wonderful tastes this place offers. It's so good I almost wish I hadn't moved eight hours away. This WAS the only Chinese restaurant that my family and I eat from. The food is usually good so I never mind to drive there to buy food whenever we're in the mood for Chinese. This past Sunday I went to buy dinner for my family. For some reason, everything was disgustingly nasty. The rice was mushy. The ribs were burnt. I also ordered chicken with broccoli with white sauce. This was the most disturbing part. I've never seen chicken this white in my life I was Scared to even taste. It also had a weird smell. For one my roll was completely burnt but it didn't bother me since I thought I'd enjoy my meal. They are currently in a "Law suit" over their name with another restaurant with a similar name. That "Other Restaurant" is extremely over priced, and quite frankly their food sucks! When I first tried this restaurant, I quickly realized that not only is their food 95% better than the competition, but it's also about 35% less money. Better product, less money! For the first time I got Beef and string beans where there was more beef than string beans. Which was nice because other places give you like 90% string beans 10% beef. Not here! We've found a new 5 STAR Take Out resource that has left my wife and I smiling from ear to ear and raving about our new discovery. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice. The chicken was tough, stringy and could of easily had tendons still attached. A waste of an order to be honest. I went back and decided to give them another try. The customer service was excellent. The food fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was tender and plenty of sauce. This is the way it should be all the time... Never say never. I will definitely go back. However, I can't really say that this is the "best" Chinese food spot on the island. It's located inside a parking plaza which is easily accessible, but honestly the experience was soured by the first try. One star for first time, five stars for second trip. At this point I have to be as fair as possible and rate them a middle 3/5 until I notice that the unkempt food was a one-time thing. This used to be my go to place but, it seems like the food quantity has gone down. I received fried rice with hard grains of rice. The fried chili chicken wings were tiny and the texture of the wings was rubbery. Disappointing. read more

What a sad end to my week:( Food should be enjoyable, unfortunately I went with the masses at work and ordered with them on a place I never ordered from and didn't do my homework on first. I ordered ONE thing; crab Rangoon. Well this was a first, the filling was off, the dough was sugary, this was just all wrong. I ate one and was puzzled, thought perhaps the second would wow me (aka I was really hungry) but no deal and threw $10 in the trash. Have ordered numerous times using the Uber food app, packaging, and delivery on time and excellent. Unfortunately, the food this time I can only give a very poor rating. Maybe the chef they are using on Monday nights isn't quite up to the quality of what was previously very fine food. They're famous pineapple fried rice from first appearance looked like a square of glue or actually it was an overcooked pile of rice. That was probably good for sushi rice in addition, highly perfumed, and spiced behind their normal amount The wontons in the wonton egg drop soup required a knife to cut through as the dough was as thick as you can imagine Their Four Seasons dish, included many vegetables and shrimp, unfortunately, it was coated in the heaviest darkest brown sauce that ruined the dish. You could actually taste the cornstarch that was obviously used to thicken it. Nice dish that was destroyed by the brown sauce used. The special Mei Fun was also a gluey mess that had very little taste. I have ordered all of these dishes before from this restaurant. Either they have changed their recipes or the Monday night chef needs a lesson from the Friday night chefs. Sad read more

Consistent and Delicious Haven't been there in awhile, so we decided to stop in for dinner. It was a Saturday and the restaurant was full, with additional people coming in for takeout. We were lucky to get a table. I like to eat food when it was cooked, not a half hour or more later after it was packaged and picked up. Had our favorites, Cold Sesame Noodles-Very Good/Excellent and Sweet and Sour Chicken-Very Good/Excellent for me with an Egg Roll-Good. My wife had her favorite Shrimp Dish-Very Good/Excellent with an Egg Roll-Good, and Hot & Sour Soup-Very Good. I have lived near Empire Szechuan for almost 30 years but never ordered from there until last week (my 'go to' place for Chinese food is no longer my 'go to' since they changed owers). Their crab meat ragoons and boneless spare ribs were the best I've ever had. The food was so good, I ordered from there again within a week when I had company. Everything was great.
