I always carry out, the food is hot and tastes great. Very consistent in cooking. I've never had a dish that was subpar.

First time visiting today. We were searching for a Chinese place that wasn't take-out or delivery. There are only 3 tables inside and a total of 12 chairs. The food was decent and the prices are reasonable. I ordered the Dragon and Phoenix and my husband ordered the hunan triple delight. Although I was expecting something spicy, it wasn't but it was still good and large portions. We had to go up to the counter to order and you pay before you get your food. China chef. Very sketchy presentation of a restaurant. I was ready to turn around and go somewhere else. But my mom said we should try it since we're already there... There was an out of order sign on the bathroom but that was just for show, it very much worked, I asked, bc I needed to use it. The food was waaayyy better than I'd expected. They gave us free crab rangoons they were delish. We ordered steamed dumplings, those were meh. I've had better. Shrimp fried rice that was as yellow as a banana with hella shrimp. It was good. Then, the main course. 1lbs snow crab, 1lbs green mussels, 1lbs crawfish. Man, did they deliver. The seasoning was on point. Nothing was bland or lacking. It's one of the better take away Chinese places you can get in town. Nothing super special that makes it stick out other than it's not bad. I will be using them again because I can trust that my food will be good, not great but good. So if your looking for a reliable place I would suggest this place for sure. read more

I have no idea why the reviews on here are so negative. I got delivery and food for 5 people, almost all different. The food got here in 45 mins by a friendly guy. The food was hot, correct, and delicious. Some of us couldn't finish our food because the food was literally packed to the top! One of them had trouble closing! One of the better Chinese take out places in my area. The people have always been friendly, and the food has always been good especially their chicken sticks, that stuff is the bomb. Always been good for accommodating allergies or special requests like adding more spice. Perhaps they've gotten our order mixed around from time to time but the same pretty much goes for most restaurants if you frequent them enough. Those complaining about "blandness" of the food, it honestly is likely due to the lack of msg which is good for health reasons, but actually necessary to bring out certain flavors. They have really good sesame chicken, honey chicken, mongolian beef, and amazing spring rolls. Also tried their steam dumplings lately. The sauce was a little much but the dumplings themselves were soft and savory, will order again in the future. I believe the place is run a little more strictly than other places like it nearby, which means better quality and it's my go-to Chinese take out place. read more

I'd give it 3.5. The staff is nice. This a typical Chinese restaurant great for lunch. They have a good amount of different dishes. Most of the time the food is on par but every now and then not so much same with the speed can be fast or can be slow. They are always trying to make the costumers happy. I miss jade dragon but after trying this place for the third time and finding out what dishes were NOT sweet, I have to say it's my new favorite! I have sampled the General Tso, it was overly sweet but the spice helped, the garlic chicken is very good, the beef and broccoli is amazing. The low mein is not something I would recommend...the steamed dumpling are very tasty but the dipping sauce is overly sweet. The egg rolls are crispy and delish! The wonton soup is very good and the shrimp fried rice is a big hit with my husband. The portions are huge, all three times we had plenty for leftover night the next night. I'll start positive: The food is great and at good prices. Probably the best tasting Chinese on this side of town since Hong Kong Wok closed. BUT you're better off picking up your order. Slowest delivery service ever. I just waited 2 hours for my food and I live 5 mins away. I would have been nice and chalked it up to a busy night or short staff but this isn't the first time. Not to mention I called twice (the first time after giving them an hour and a half and the second time right before my order arrived at exactly two hours) and the woman on the phone was apologetic but had no interest in verifying my name or my order status. I used to order from here pretty frequently. I won't be any more. Tonight I ordered a shrimp with garlic sauce. I asked for noodles instead of rice. Pretty normal request. Instead of just charging me for a side dish, they charged me for an entire other entree! I called to try to clear up the confusion and the man I spoke with was bent on arguing with me. I couldn't believe it! Such terrible customer service. After saying this (and that they were losing me as a customer), he told me to "have a good night" and hung up. Only place in town I'll order Chinese from. Always consistent in their recipes and presentation, clean establishment, friendly staff, and delivery times are fast. My favorites are the beef sticks, won ton soup, bourbon chicken, and any of their lo mein varieties. My husband loves their egg rolls and crab rangoons. Went there for lunch and ordered the shrimp with Chinese vegetables. The rice had a very strong oily taste. Could not eat the rice. The egg roll was the best thing on the plate. The five shrimp were fine but the vegetables were predominately Chinese cabbage ribs that were not edible. I asked for a glass with ice for my soda and got a plastic takeout container with ice, not a plastic cup or styrofoam cup. I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

I ordered a chicken mei fun, crab ragoons, and a 20fl oz pepsi through Postmates. I was given white rice and a chicken mei fun but with no noodles. So I basically got chicken flooded in broth and onions. And on the website it said the drinks were 20fl ounces, but the one I received was a 16.9fl oz. The restaurant never called me to notify me that they would change my order or that they didn't have the ingredients to make my food. I am never ordering here again. read more

If you want "REAL" fried rice don't go here. I arrived home to find yellow rice with sparse onion, pea, and carrot additions. The level of shrimp was adequate, but the rice was not fried at all. I'm sure they dumped yellow rice and other ingredients on the grill and just stirred it for a few seconds. I called and spoke to an employee inquiring how their fried rice was prepared. He stated that they put steamed rice in a wok. I said that I have a wok myself and this rice was not in one for more than 10 seconds. He was unapologetic and I didn't bother talking to the mgr as it would have been futile. If you want real friend rice I would suggest Happy Panda. I usually don't try a place that only has one review, but we're new to the area. We unfortunately decided to give this place try. First, I'll start with the service. The cashier acted like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't very helpful when we were trying to get an idea of their portion sizes. The cook didn't speak and only got the order and started cooking it up. The fried rice seemed was yellow and seemed like rice ronni. The Sesame chicken was pretty good, as were the egg rolls, and Moo goo gai pan. YUM! The Mongolian beef, however, tasted like the cook sprinkled red kool aid on accident. Mongolian beef is my fav, but I couldn't eat it. I was very disappointed. The portions are good over all and the food that was good was pretty good. However, they have a lot of competition in the area and red kool aid Mongolian beef won't cut it. I really didn't like the fried rice, but after being in Clarksville for a month, yellow rice ronni seems to be the norm. I guess white rice for me, next time.
