The food is garbage. I came to eat here and there were no tables inside and the food was not great.

I just want to say thank you very much. We order from here a lot and always get good service tonight they went above and beyond for us. We made an order for pickup and our truck wouldn't start so we wasn't able to pick it up. They offered to deliver it for us and we are hard to find and through all the confusion and frustration they kept at it until we found each other and delivered our food. This was the worst experience I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant. I ordered thru Uber Eats. I checked the box to include utensils (chopsticks and a spoon). I did not receive any utensils at all. The egg drop soup was flavorless. Really gross. I had ordered (and paid for) 3 extra bags of crunchy noodles, which I didn't receive. The chicken fried rice was also flavorless and unappealing. The spicy mushroom dish was the best in our order, but it was mediocre at best. I first ordered from Great Wall about two years ago. It was not good then. My favorite Chinese restaurant is closed today, so I thought I'd give them another try. I should have just ordered a pizza. I will not order from Great Wall again. read more

Best Chinese place in town. They do have General Tso's Tofu, it's just not on the online menu. It's pretty good. This is the only place in town that has good fried rice. Good food, friendly people. And yes they deliver on post! It's worth the wait. read more

This is the first place in Clarksville that instantly put me back in a time machine to my childhood. One sip of their hot and sour soup and I fell in love all over again! I felt like I would never find the same body-warming deliciousness that made sick days feel so much better. Great Wall's sesame chicken is both excellently cooked and has great texture which I had not yet found before. Cashew chicken was also well cooked and the vegetables were not over done! I was SO excited to order from here. I looked them up online and saw they have the style of lemon chicken that is so hard to find. That was the reason we chose to order. When it was delivered I was shocked to see sweet and sour chicken (basically chicken nuggets which I hate) with lemon sauce. I would not have paid $10 for chicken nuggets! I called and was told what is on the website is not actually what they make. I have no idea why they cannot update their website but I will not order here again. Also because I didn't have anything else, I did try the "lemon chicken", the nuggets are over cooked as is the lemon sauce. read more

Out freaking standing!!! I have found my favorite Chinese restaurant in Clarksville. There is a really good amount of vegetarian/vegan options, all you have to do is ask the owners/chefs and they are more than willing to accommodate. One of my buddy's came with me and didn't like how saucy the food was. My personal favorite is the Chinese vegetables and the fried rice. read more

I have ordered before and this has been the only Chinese place near by that is even decent. Everything else is too greasy, salty or just poor quality. We ordered tonight and I had put my phone number and a digit of my card in wrong without knowing . I called because the food was later than I expected and they explained the situation. Now this was not their fault AT ALL. However they got the order ready and to me (piping hot I may add) before the usual waiting time and offered extra sauce or ect and asked if I needed anything. They went out of their way to be courteous to me even though I caused the error. That is great customer care. I already liked the place a lot but I will be using them solely from now on. they really take care of their customers and have quality food at a very reasonable price. read more

My friend and I picked up some food from here. It was awful. She had a noodle dish (soft noodles) and did not like it. I had egg foo yung and it was a disaster. The gravy was not right (I think it was made with flour) and there was crumbs of meat in it (even though it was a 'house' dish). Other places you can actually SEE the meat. I ordered LoMein from here. it tasted like bleach so I called and told them my issue. They said they'd make it right if i came up there so i turned around drove all the way back up there for them to recook my noodles on the SAME cooktop and i tried them before leaving the parking lot. They still tasted like bleach. I told the lady working up front my issue and she offered a 50% discount for my troubles. No refund on the $9 of noodles. Whatever. Threw away the noodles and then attempted to order again using the 50% discount to be told that they cannot honor discounts given by employees, that they can only honor my military discount. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered some lemon crispy chicken and it took over a hour for delivery. On top of that it wasn't even lemon chicken. Food was ok everything was extremely spicy for some reason? Chicken was really hard which I hate when it comes to Chinese food. But really the reason I'm writing this is because my husband placed an order and an hour and a half later still hadn't come.. I call and they say oh yeah your credit card was a number off. (Which isn't true because it accepted the card?) and that there was no phone number to call which also wasn't true because my husband said he filled everything out that popped up. And I asked how long the delivery would take after I gave them everything when I called and said another 45 min... so I was annoyed and just went to pick it up. Like be more professional please. My review is not on the actual restaurant itself. I can only speak for delivery and food. The delivery time is very fast and everything comes super hot. I frequent Great Wall's Restaurant very often, when I come home from Indianapolis. Usually my experience is over the top & the food gains bragging rights, to say the leaat. Unfortunately, NOT THIS TIME! The crispy sesame shrimp was so freakin sweet, it spiked my glucose & made me very lightheaded & dizzy! It was certainly a 911 qualified event! Oh boy... let me explain why this chinese place will never EVER get service from my family again. What kind of place upcharges delivery just for living on a military post??? It isn't posted on their website. If it had been, I would have ordered from another chinese restaurant. I only found out when they decided to give us a courtesy call 15 minutes before our food had arrived. Seeing as we already had waited over 30 minutes before they called, I wasn't wasting more time in my night. The food is average. Nothing to brag about. Noodles were over cooked but the chicken was okay. Little too spicy for my liking. Idk about anyone else, but upcharging military is ridiculous. As a prior serviceman and my husband being active duty, we have put our lives on the line for this country just to have to pay more for something because of where we live. My favorite Take-out place in Clarksville. The food is GOOD! I always get the pepper steak combo and it's great, the egg rolls are fantastic and the crab rangoon is awesome too! Love it. One of the dudes that takes the orders is a jerk, I think he might be the owner, lol. He's always barking out orders at the poor girl cooking the food and gets impatient with you when you're ordering.... But oh well, the food is good so it's worth going here! read more
