Wow.. I ordered an entree and two egg rolls. The menu said $8.25. They we're gonna charge me $18.75! China Flavor is a favorite. It's close; it serves delicious food. We have ordered out from them for quite a few years. We called in to request our favorites, Beef and Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, Crab Rangoon, and Teriyaki Chicken. It was ready within minutes, as usual. The thing about this transaction that impressed me was their way of coping with the current quarantine. When I called in, my credit card number was requested. When we went for pick-up, our order was sitting on a chair outside the door, in full view of the staff inside and us and we drove up. 3 maybe 3.5. There's nothing wrong with the food. It's mostly average to above average. Dumplings were fine. Pork fried rice above average. Lo mein was above average. General tsos was a little below average. Egg rolls below average. I also ordered chow mein and either I don't know what chow mein is or this wasn't good. It was chicken large inion pieces and cabbage in a gravy. I will say the place is take out or delivery. Called a few places round here and a lot of the chinese places say on this site that they do delivery, and they don't. Their deliver was quick, and it was delicious!!! Not a bad price for how much food you get either. We got general tso and oragne chicken, and two orders of rice, and some pork dumplings for $36, and still have plenty of left overs. It's def enough for 4 people. read more

China Flavor was the only spot on Postmates that was available, but it was disappointing. Don't waste your money. My husband called in for delivery and asked for brown rice instead of white and they gave us 1 white and 1 fried. He also ordered vegetable chow mein and they gave us this shrimp, pork, and chicken mush...there were no noodles. We called and told the man this and he said chow mein doesn't have noodles. HUH? China flavor is just your simple, cheap, and predictable fast food Chinese restaurant. I tried the Kung pao chicken. It was missing the pow. I don't think there was a hint of chili let alone pepper. The veggies were plentiful but canned. The chicken was tender. The egg rolls were a little better than average. The restrooms weren't very clean. There is a fish tank, so that's fun. It was also ridiculously cold in there. I wasn't comfortable so I took my lunch to the lake. My meal was about $6 so that was nice. Plenty of food. I am writing this seconds after ordering, so no comment on the food quality. The lady I spoke to was rude beyond belief. I called for prices first and asked about a delivery charge: $15 min order and no delivery fee. Second time, there is a $2 delivery fee. Every time I asked why, she repeatedly said "are you ordering or not" and refused to answer. She also made me repeat my card number more than once, which made me uncomfortable. The food is ok prices are good but it don't matter what they give you if you have any issues with your order it really makes them angry you are expected to accept it and move on the moment you approach them with a issue they get angry and talk their language among them selves about how you are wrong you , I got cold soup they got mad because I wasn't accepting it I wanted hot soup and it was cold so when they got mad and started talking among them selves but I could make out the word cold and he was so mad that I didn't just take it . Very doubtful I will go back in there even for the convenience of it ,also you are treated with respect if you put money in their tip jar they have by the register . And for those of you who do like it take a look around at how dirty that place is I don't think it has ever seen disinfectant of any kind stop and look at the front door I'm sure it's crawling with bacteria not sure how it remains open due to that alone . This place is not bad for the price and amount of food you get, but their service is not consistent. I order lunch from them quite often for the office and there have been times when they would get the order wrong - so ALWAYS check your bag before you leave especially if you have multiple orders. I clearly ordered a small Chicken Chow Mein over the phone and got back to the office and got something completely different...I don't even know what it is...looks like chicken w/ cabbage and shredded carrots in a soup w/ rice. It was disappointing b/c I got charged for something I didn't want. They have either forgotten an item, substituted items w/o telling us, and gotten an order completely wrong. On another note, we always make an order for pick up or delivery b/c the place is not suitable to dine in at. It's roomy, but they have no A/C and Heat in the dining area. I had to dig to find any meat in either dish. This time I decided to call and let them know not only was there no meat in either dishes it was awful. Tasted like 3 day left over.
