For starters, we ordered the Wor Wonton Soup. The broth was rich and hearty. The shrimps were large and plentiful. All the vegetables blended in with the flavors. I just wish the beef was a little more tender. A little marinade in baking soda would fix this. We ordered some chicken lettuce wraps. This has minced chicken, celery, bamboo shoots, and carrots. These are good by themselves but are best with hoisin sauce. I just wish the lettuce leaves were bigger. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was also good. The sauce had a nice blend of mayo, honey and lemon. It had a little too much breading for me but still tasted good. For $16.99, I wished there was a bit more shrimp. One thing I really appreciate - they GLAZE the walnuts! This is one of the few places that I actually like the sauce and they glaze the walnuts! The Crispy Beef is definitely my favorite. In fact, I think this is better than the one I get from Red Maple. It was not too sweet and had just the right amount of heat. Again, I really wish they would marinate the beef in baking soda to soften it up. The last dish we ordered was the Garlic Chicken. The server forgot to put the order in for this dish and there was a rush to get it out to us. They forgot to put garlic in this dish so wee sent it back. It was perfect when it came back.
