I rarely ever go to a buffet place especially Chinese restaurants. They are usually very difficult to find a good one anywhere. But I have to say how glad I was when I decided to give this place a try, I ended up going back a week later and definitely will be back again when I'm in the area. Their buffet is great, so many choices, almost all kinds of Chinese food you can find on the menu at some other restaurants. Have desserts and salad kinds as well. Meh. I'm not a buffet regular or fan by any means, but sometimes when the kids beg enough I'll take us to an Asian buffet. This was one I found on Yelp. We got there around 6:30 on a Friday night so still plenty of dinner hours left and none of the food was refreshed while we were there. Most of it had been sitting there a while and wasn't that great, but I still am giving three stars because the sushi rolls were better than other Asian buffets I have visited and the cold selection was really good. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Nothing was edible. All the food was cold and rubbery. It looked like it had been sitting out all day and had a coating of some sorts. Needless to say my husband and I left and went somewhere else. Please do not eat here. I'm also pretty sure they haven't cleaned the place since they opened. read more

No complaints for my first time. It wasn't busy so service was prompt. Everything was clean. Food was great.

Went there a couple of years ago with 2 of my daughters. They brought our beverages out the same time as they delivered our food. There was a bug that appeared to be a cockroach in my water. I mentioned it to my server who immediately grabbed my glass and took it away. I lost my appetite and didn't want to eat my meal. My daughters did as well. The server said that the would not charge me for my drink. She explained that if a bug gets in the ice, that they don't have any control over it. I politely told them that we didn't want to eat any of the food. Someone else came over to the table and said that they wouldn't charge me for my meal. When I went to pay, they told me that I put the big in my drink in order to get a free meal. They said they had it on video. I asked if I could see this video tape and was told no. I have never ever been so turned off by a staffs behavior. Then to make such a blatant lie and accusation. I'll never ever go back, and would give it zero stars if possible. read more

Ugh, sent my husband on a Chinese run and thought he was going to China Bistro. He did not, he went here. The rice is awful, both white and fried rice. Chicken and vegetables were bland, sweet and sour chicken was pretty good at least. The only saving grace was the absolutely delicious crab Rangoon! Egg rolls tasted freezer burnt totally bummed. We got take out and I can't imagine the buffet...on to the next place. read more

When we order, we don't order buffet but from the menu. We usually order Singapore Meifun and Sesame Chicken. There are plenty of parking and when we order to go usually they are ready in 20 minutes. I am not fun of buffet because the food sit out too long and I want my food to be cooked as I order. Price is very cheap and decent food. This is a late post. We had a taste for Chinese food and wanted to try a different restaurant because we like to switch it up. I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom and my wife ordered the Orange Chicken. We also ordered Crab Rangoon (which typically I don't eat nor like) and an order of Egg Rolls. We try to order different things so we can try each others food. I like to call that having variety (go figure). My wife liked her Orange Chicken but stated that she wished it was more of an Orange taste. It was there she just likes more of it. I liked my food. I slightly liked hers better though. I don't like thick breaded Egg Rolls. I did ask them did they have Spring Rolls which are different from Egg Rolls. Just a little education, Spring Rolls can be fried or not fried (fresh). I like the Spring Rolls that have the thin almost invisible see through wrapping and it's fresh. I also like the fried Spring Rolls which are fried with also the really thin wrapping so you have a good crunch and can enjoy the actual Egg Roll (like the PF Chang's mini Egg Rolls that come in a box of 8). That was definitely a plug for PF Chang's by accident. When I asked did they have Spring Rolls I believe she may have been a little confused as to what I was requesting. I wanted the thin fried Spring Rolls or Egg Rolls depending on which restaurant you go to. When I opened it up they were the traditional thick breaded or wrapped Egg Rolls. Which are fine if that's what you like but I preferably do not. That was probably the only mistake and I don't want to necessarily call it a mistake. We'll just chalk it up to mis-communication. I tried the Crab Rangoon and it was surprisingly good. Again, I typically don't eat them but my wife loves them and I'll try anything once so I did. It could've been the way they were made and they may have been made differently when I first initally ever tried Carb Rangoon years ago which could be why I don't like them. However, they were good but still not a fan of Crab Rangoon. All in all if you have a taste for good Chinese food this is where you want to try. I couldn't find it on yelp so I added the restaurant to help out anyone who'd like to try them out. This is a pretty good spot and worth the money especially for as much food that you get. Not to mention they also have an All You Can Eat Buffet. Who doesn't like a good buffet and they also deliver. However, we took ours to go so next visit we may try the buffet. read more

We were in the New Albany area and we had a Chinese food craving. We saw this place nearby on Yelp (yay) and decided to give it a try. Place from the outside looks really small and the front of the building isn't too enticing. Poster paper with just hand written price of the lunch buffet and dinner buffet is there which makes it look a bit tacky. Place is easy to get to off of the expressway and parking lot seemed big enough for this size place. Once you go in, you notice that the place while not nearly as big as any chinese buffet places that I've been to across the river in Louisville, it looks bigger than it does from the outside. I can't remember the exact price but price was similar to other buffets. We were seated in a booth where the bench on the booth had lots of soft spots.....which sort of explains the restaurant. While clean and cozy, the place could definitely use an upgrade of furniture and pain. But the most important part of the place is the food right? Food was good. A couple items like the Sweet and sour chicken tasted like it had been sitting there a while but other items like the teriyaki chicken and noodles were hot and tasty. Overall- the place was "OK" I wouldn't mind going back here at all and seeing if my 2nd experience is the same in regards to food. read more

I received a coupon in the mail a few weeks ago for this buffet. I immediately checked yelp to see if anybody had said anything. Nothing. The dinner buffet was $7.95 so I decided to try anyway. When we arrived, nobody else was there. It was a little eerie and I immediately assumed it meant there would be something wrong. Despite being very skeptical, the buffet was really good. Is it a regular china buffet? Yes. That being said, nothing is bad. I've been twice now and I plan on going again, but each time there are never more than 2 other diners in an otherwise large restaurant.
