I had hoped my update would increase the number of stars. I had to take one away. Not because the food lacks quality. I'd give 5 for the food alone. Waiting 10 minutes shy of 2 hours will do it. No food is worth waiting that long. It wasn't because I didn't try to call them. Both phone numbers were busy the entire time. I was beginning to think that the place got robbed or something. We had just decided to go ahead and warm something up from the fridge when the delivery arrived. Otherwise we were going to refuse the order. Fortunately the food was warm and fresh. This should have been a typical Friday order taking no more than 45 minutes. We'll try again sometime in the future and hope this was a unique failure. read more

made an order at 624PM and the food was to be delivered by 739pm. i called at 753pm to check the status of my order. A manager was supposed to call me back but never did. i called over 8 times and no one is picking up my phone call. they charged my card too! now i have to dispute it with my bank. I thought I would give them a second chance to prove themselves but I was sadly mistaken. They are inept and can not delivery on time. The food is always fair and cold. I ordered just as they opened at 11 am and as I am writing this it is now 1:05 pm and they called to tell me my card was declined which is IMPOSSIBLE because I know there was money in my account so now I have to pay cash. This will be the very last time I order from them EVER AGAIN. Keeping an eye on my card also just in case they take the money out and double charge me. I called and cancelled! I use to love this place. Ordered delivery tonight and after an hour I called and she said they didn't have my order. I placed it online, had a confirmation text and my receipt but she didn't have it??? Ok so I place the order on the phone and send my husband who of course forgets his wallet. He asks if she can take the credit card number over the phone. The woman says for delivery not take out. Umm, he's right in front of you so obviously it's going to be the right person and if they delivered it the first time then he wouldn't be there trying to get it. This place isn't that good for the hassle. Finally ate at 10pm after initially ordering at 7:40. Won't be back. read more

Unprofessional, is what I can describe this place of business their ethics are horrible when you make a mistake you own up to it not tell the customer they need to repay for them to fix the problem if I ordered 1 item and have something totally different delivered then refuse to fix the issue I will rip the menu up and throw it in the trash and never order from your establishment again you are a pathetic piece of manager to hang up on your customers on the phone when they asked for a redelivery of the correct food to tell me it's more money to get it back to me I didn't want the original food you sent to me I wanted what I ordered. Food is good, delivery is usually under an hour, never had a problem with them. They forgot something once and went all the way back to get it which I thought was nice, instead of just offering a refund, which would have left me hungry. I order here probably 1-2 a month. read more

Definitely the best Chinese food in Woonsocket. Fast delivery and friendly service. Dumplings and Crab Rangoons are very fresh. Hot and spicy chicken combo was also great! They take special requests into account as well! read more

Well, I ordered lobster sauce. It was something white shredded in brown broth, which was definitely not traditional lobster sauce (which has ground pork) and tasted weirdly sweet. The pork fried rice I ordered tasted shrimpy, as if they didn't clean the pan in between orders (good thing I'm not allergic!) Sesame beef was chewy and dry. The white rice was good?
