We don't even look at the menu anymore--Sesame Chicken and Fried Rice are always a must. And let me tell you, this isn't your ordinary Sesame Chicken. She's got a little spice to her and I love that the fried rice comes with bean sprouts and big chunks of ham. Pro tip: do not sleep on the Crab Angels. Crispy little pillows of crab + cream cheese = happiness. We also tried a new wing flavor--Honey Lemon Pepper--and y'all, it might just be the new favorite. This is honestly the best Chinese food I have ever had. The wings were so juicy and the fried rice was amazing. I usually do not like Chinese food, but im glad that I tried this spot. The lady who took my order was very nice. FYI, they do not have dine-in since COVID. Take-out only but definitely worth eating. Would highly recommend for cheap, but quality food. read more

Quick Chinese fast food restaurant. Get the lunch special! Only reason for 5 stars is bc of the fried rice and chicken wings. #1 chicken chow mein- paid extra $3 for more vegetables. Lol no celery, less than 1/2 oz of chicken, no where near chow mein taste, but does not taste bad. Chicken does. It does not taste to be coated with flour or corn starch. I do taste a lot of sugar. Next time I will ask for no sugar. Egg drop soup- more yellow than most and lunch mate stated it does not taste right. 5 piece chicken wing with shrimp fried rice and tea- $5.25- by far the best deal and tasted the best too. Great food fast service, still haven't tried their wings but great sesame, and your general chows chicken

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered over the phone and waited 30 - 40 MINUTES before going to pick up. Just to arrive and be told that my order was never put in. This has happened 3 DAYS IN A ROW which is ridiculous. I used to be a very loyal customer, literally going for lunch everyday M-F for the last 4-5 months. I haven't been to this place in over 5 years and I remembered it being pretty good so I decided to splurge and have my birthday lunch here. Typical take out set up: chairs and tables around for dining in if that was your thing, tv in the corner playing sports or news... overall clean and tidy. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and the general's chicken (spicy). The chicken and broccoli wasn't too impressive to me as there wasn't much chicken but rather overloaded with random vegetables and not much broccoli. The chicken that was in it was rather dry and tasteless. Definitely not a winner...but the general's chicken saved the day! Unlike other places, this general's chicken actually had some kick to it and also had vegetables with it;most places you get just some chicken and that's it. The flavor of the general's chicken was mouth watering and the addition of the extra vegetables (to both dishes) was a pleasant surprise. Also, unlike most Chinese take out places, their portion sizes were impressive. Definitely a bang for your buck! I did get a sweet tea.... word of advice China Hut: I am not a hummingbird; take it easy on the sugar. I felt my body going into a sugar coma on the first sip. I asked if they could mix some unsweetened tea into it to cut the pure sugar flavor but unfortunately they didn't have any. ‍ I won't be getting the chicken and broccoli again (or the hummingbird sweet tea) but I will DEFINITELY be returning for more of the general! I am new in Columbia and this is my favorite Chinese restaurant so far. The fried rice is AMAZING!! It has egg and bean sprouts ( my favorite ) which a lot of local places do not have. The Hot n' Sour Soup is the BEST I've found in town. They use a lighter broth and a chicken base instead of pork. Yummmmm! Even their fried chicken is delicious. I recommend you either eat in or get it to go. Do not do delivery. The food is ready quickly so it's worth eating in. read more

Maybe it's because I work here, but I in all honestly they have the best hot and sour soup. No other Chinese restaurant can compare. I've been to Peking wok and panda, but theirs is way too starchy and it doesn't taste so spicy. Also my favorite is the house special fried rice. It is bizarre, but in a good way. Other places are super greasy you can see the shininess and they have peas and carrots. China hut ace outs in onions and bean sprouts and eggs and I love the way they make it. Working here I met all types of people. I'm really close to some customers and I always greet them when they come in unless it's so busy I don't have the time. I'm disappointed in this place, I don't want to give 2 stars though because I feel like maybe we just caught them on an off day. I had the Spicy Marinated Pork and fried rice, it was actually really good. Tender pork, perfect rice, nice bold flavors. My husband had the Sesame Chicken, he wasn't too very excited about the flavor and I thought it tasted like sweat. The Spring Rolls were terrible. The outside was nice and crispy, but once you bit into it, it went downhill fast. They were soggy and gooey like raw batter on the inside? It was gross, and all 4 were like this. Just tried it for lunch and got the shrimp fried rice. Very good and extremely reasonable priced but I also tried the Wanton Soup. I was very much disappointed with this soup but if egg drop soup with awful pork wrapped noodle is your thing go for it. It'll be my last visit to this Chinese Restaurant. read more

We happened upon China Hut Ace by chance, drive past it so many times because it is in an area that you just drive by... and kept promising ourselves, we would stop in one day. We finally did and so glad we did!!! We have ordered out four times now and the food has been consistently good. The appetizers are pretty good, the fried dumplings are fried crispy, I like them just a tad less deep fried and they don't have steamed dumplings, nevertheless they are good. The egg rolls and the spring rolls are good. The main menu is very fresh and light tasting not too saucy which I like. We have tried the chicken and broccoli, general chicken, chicken sesame and half the menu comes with steamed rice and half with ham fried rice, but you can substitute the steamed rice for fried rice for a small surcharge. The only thing we weren't totally delighted with was the Lo Mein noodles, they were a bit strong tasting, not as fresh... The restaurant for dining in is great, not a super location, parking is limited and it's on a major through way so getting out might be a bit trying. But the place is spanking clean and fresh looking too. The staff is very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Got the General Tso's, flavor was just your generic Chinese food. Would want to try something else from here. The people there were probably some of the nicest I've I've met at a Chinese restaurant. Would recommend as a cheap lunch. read more

Well this is the place and I'm totally satisfied with their food and their service. I only order one dish, shrimp fried rice and wings but it's definitely good.
