A third--perhaps half--of the food items are American: fried chicken, cooked potatoes, iceberg lettuce salad, fried catfish (albeit, labeled as "salmon"), French fries, apple pie, etc. Other options are standard Chinese or their Americanized versions. Chicken dominates with just a few meat, veggie, and seafood selections. Fried chicken, General Tao's chicken, pepper chicken, Thai chicken, sesame chicken, chicken with broccoli--these are just a few of the available chicken selections. At well past noon on a Friday staff kept the food trays refreshed and most items looked inviting. Except for a couple of sushi rolls that looked tired and tasted old my food was fresh and tasty. With a cola, tax and tip the buffet was $10. You can easily pay that much for fast food that isn't fast nor tastes like food.
