!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!! And if for some reason you have to eat here, dont. And if you cant help it and really have to then do not use your card. They charged my charge my card 3x for one purchase and lied when I asked about it. They wont give me my money back and wont respond to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in regards to my complaints. We just ordered over $90 of food from this location. When the guy got here he left the food on the floor and demanded the money before he gave the bags. I understood because it was a large bill. When we opened 4 trays of chicken wings and fries this is what we saw. It looks worse in person. The trays are not even half filled with fries. All the fries we got filled one tray with wings on top. The crab sticks were also undercooked but we didn't mention that. When we called to ask why were we given food like this with such a big order the lady yelled and said that's how it is. I have to be honest I placed my order at 7:35pm. My order was set to be delivered between 8:25 & 8:45pm, which my order was delivered by Duane Lin via Seamless at 8:35 as instructed on the site to be buzzed in. However, due to my lack of attention, I did not hear the buzzer ring. As I went down to retrieve my order, I can admit that I was wrong in my attitude toward Mr. Lin. While my tip was included in my order, Mr. Lin did not deserve any disrespect. I have ordered from this establishment on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the food, and delivery service. I take full responsibility on this occasion, as I do not want this to hinder Mr. Lin's service/business. read more

It is less than acceptable when a business refuses to take responsibility for inadequacy. Not only did they accept the order through Grub Hub, but THEN they allowed their own delivery driver to pick up the order for delivery and place it at a lobby of another building. When I looked up the address, that they wanted me to go and retrieve the order from...guess what...THE LOCATION/ADDRESS DOESN'T EXIST. Considering all that's going on today, let's just add China King on Hillside Ave & 175th St to the recepie of dishonesty and mendacity. I am utterly disappointed with the customer service this time. I called as soon as I found out my order was wrong. The lady who usually takes my order sounded quite frustrated and passed the phone to another worker. They refused to amend the order claiming the kitchen was being cleaned- yet it's not even closing time. I have ordered later than I have today and it was never an issue having my order placed. As an alternative they offered to send free sodas the next time I order- truly not what I cared for. My husband told the gentleman on the phone that since they refused, we preferred a refund...Literally two minutes later, the habitually rude delivery person arrived with the money and took the food back. Hopefully, they don't recycle that food and give it to someone else- not like we touched it anyway. Completely disappointed since I do like the food here, but they lost a regular customer. read more

I literally used to eat here almost once a week when I was in highschool. It's down the hill from Mary Louis Academy. So it's a HOT SPOT for all the girls. The owners were always really friendly to us and even got to know some of us because we went so often. They even gave us discounts and special deals. Or even extended lunch prices because we were frequent customers. The food is the BEST. It's my favourite Chinese Food in all of Queens. IF you're near by you must stop by! read more

Great place, I have been coming here ever since they opened over 10 years ago. Prices have gone up but quality has not. I really love their Lake Shrimp and Chicken with Broccoli. Service is great, orders are taken quickly and done quickly without sacrificing quality. The owners are very nice too. The place is looking dated though as with most Chinese take out places. I ordered vegetable fried rice and broccoli in garlic sauce since I only eat vegetarian for religious reasons. I went to eat the last of the food today and found a piece of beef towards the bottom of the fried rice. I almost vomited from disgust. I couldn't believe that I ordered a vegetarian dish and after my family are it, it had beef mixed in. Will never order again. read more

I would given this place four stars had I received better service from the lady taking my order at the counter. She was very disengaged and talked as if she had the worse possible day. They always get the order wrong no matter how many times you repeat it. Only good thing is they throw in a soda if you order a minimum.

I'm going to find another restaurant to order chinese food from, this place is ridiculous. I ordered boneless spare ribs with pork fried and an egg roll, and two orders of chicken and broccoli with white rice. Ribs tasted old like they were sitting around and was just reheated, the chicken and broccoli came with only one white rice. I had to call the restaurant to see WTH is going on with just sending me one rice. Anyway I have had a few run ins with the delivery guy who is extremely rude and always hassling you for a tip.
