The menus were outdated, prompting me to take the menu and place an order for their eggroll, garlic chicken, and king pai chicken. Everything was satisfactory. I am particularly fond of their veggie eggroll, which is packed with vegetables such as cabbage. This establishment consistently meets my expectations.

Located in a small outdoor strip mall with ample parking. Signage on door states "to go orders only." Phone orders accepted. We ordered the House Dinner for two which included Appetizers: 2 Fried Prawns, 2 Egg Rolls, and 2 Foil Wrapped Chicken pieces; Soup: Sizzling Rice Soup; and 2 Entrées: Prawns with Mixed Vegetables and Mandarin Beef. Steamed Rice was also included for $41. Of the appetizers the prawns were good but were smaller than the circumference of a finger. I didn't like the oily, fishy taste of the egg rolls or the consistency of the paper wrapped chicken however the flavor was good. Haven't tried the soup yet. The entrees were both delicious!! The Mongolian beef was super tender and although it could have used a few less onions I loved it! The prawns were fresh, plump, the vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly! The variety of veggies was also nice. A little more sauce would have made it perfect but overall another great dish! Lady working the counter was pleasant but not friendly but I didn't care since the food was to go...lol. Can't wait to try other entrees! Pics will be added.

Enter China Delights. This was our first time here and while it wasn't my beloved whole rock cod, their fried whole flounder with a soy based sauce was good enough to stand in its place. The fish was fried crispy enough that you could eat the fins while the flesh remained tender and moist. The sauce wasn't too bad either. I enjoyed that fish so much that I probably could have eaten the entire thing by myself without an ounce of shame. And then our waitress gave me the information I needed to hear: if I want whole rock cod, call the day before to let them know we're coming and they'll have it ready. HUGE WIN! You don't have to tell me twice. Another thing I was happy to see was a variety of mu shu options on the menu. We went with the pork and were not disappointed. And bc my husband had his own craving that needed to be handled, we ordered the half roasted duck. And that wasn't too bad either. The staff tonight were warm and attentive. Not once did we feel unattended to, but we also never felt rushed. Sometimes that balance gets lost and they did it well tonight. So is it possible that we may have stumbled onto the promise of a new family go to spot? Possibly. They've apparently been open for over 20 years already, and I hope they stay open for another 20 bc finding an old-school Chinese restaurant that still serves some of these classic dishes is getting harder and harder. Now I just need to remember to call the day before bc that whole rock cod and I have some unfinished business.

I love that the restaurant is spacious and that there's an essence of coziness to the space. The service here is decent -- there have been multiple times where my party has had to ask for things because food or drinks were coming out too slow or were forgotten. There's definitely room for improvement in that arena. Food is delicious here, and I particularly love the sweet and sour pork! House fried rice and beef broccoli here is also amazing. Although I've had better honey walnut prawns, the ones here are still good (just pricey considering I prefer other places over it). Portion sizes are huge, even for sharing among 3-4 people. I recommend eating here with a fairly large group - you get your best deal when sharing the cost (and eating) together.

It's getting really annoying they say 10-15min I give them 20 and nothing! What's the point of ordering? I'm going to have to find another place to go. The dumplings were delicious and even better with some chili oil. The chicken fried rice had huge chunks of egg and chicken which I loved with a deep soy flavor. The salt and pepper chicken was decent, I think I prefer salt and pepper wings/fish/shrimp. The beef rolls weren't for me, though. It's typically one of my favorite dishes but it seemed to be lacking beef & I wasn't a fan of the lettuce filling or the roll itself being a bit too soft and doughy. Overall, a good experience. Our server was nice and everything came out quick!

So delicious..plump/juicy/crispy and golden brown..chef's kiss. Special Noodle in the Pacific East Mall has delicious noodle dishes, small bites/dim sum, and a pretty extensive and unique dining menu. We ordered a combination chow mein and pan fried buns. FYI, the pan fried buns take a bit of additional time and come piping hot. I would wait a few minutes before eating, or check out a video on @yelpbayarea of how to eat soup dumplings! Another note, you order from an iPad that's handed to you upon arrival once seated. Make sure after you 'add items to cart' you submit your order. We left that step out and didn't realize until a few minutes later. Staff is friendly and make sure to ask if anything additional is needed like napkins, etc. Overall a fun experience, fair pricing, located in the hustle and bustle of the mall, and cool digs if you're looking for a comfortable dining experience without the frills.
