Do not go here flies everywhere as soon as you walk in I found two baby flies in my chicken noodle soup today. I'm very disappointed. I called them. They still smirked and laughed like it was some type of joke. I told them I don't play about my food this is not funny to me. I'm already sick. That's why I got soup. I would never be going there again and I'm telling my whole family about it now.

Hunkering down in the area awaiting the arrival of a tropical storm, we'd gone to this shopping center for a few last minute items. We decided to grab some takeout so we wouldn't have to cook dinner later that evening. We were there early -- still during their lunch period -- so we ordered one of their lunch combos. Your selection of a main dish plus fried rice and the option of either an egg roll, or a soup, or a soda. I chose their cashew chicken and an egg roll and added on another egg roll. In addition to the combo, we got a dinner size entree of their Singapore rice noodles. The egg roll was quite good -- the traditional fried wrapper style and filled with pork and cabbage and minced veggies. I do prefer this kind to the flat thin spring rolls with mushy fillings. In the entree, the white chicken meat was tender and it was mixed with a variety of Chinese vegetables and, of course, whole cashew nuts. I liked this dish as well. The fried rice was just okay. I think I'd request white rice next time. The Singapore rice noodles were aromatic and well colored with a spicy curry -- enough to make my nose run (a good sign). Mixed in with the thin noodles were veggies, pork, chicken, and shrimp. This dish was great -- but I might request a tad less heat next time. We had more than enough from the two dishes leftover for another dinner for two plus a tad more. And price wise, it was pretty reasonable. I'd order takeout from here, again, in the future.

For lunch, they're all $9.65 and there are over 30 choices. You can order lunch Monday - Saturday (Sunday not included) . Each plate for lunch gives you a choice of rice -- pork fried or white; then either an egg roll or a canned soda. I got their roast pork with mixed vegetables -- there was lots of sliced pork along with all the Chinese veggies including baby corn. I also got their egg roll -- which I liked as it had the traditional wrapper and was crispy. My husband got the spicy shrimp with garlic sauce. He liked his meal better than mine. I'd like to try some of their other dishes for takeout. I'm sure we will be back to do so.

They had three shrimp and the sauce was not very flavor full. The last thing I had was banh mi, really it was a sandwich with chicken and vegetables. I wasn't impressed with it. I'd never had it before either. I also had a peach tea, which was the best thing of the whole meal. This was sweetened with real peach and had peach pieces at the bottom. All and all it was ok, I'd go back and try different stuff.

The restaurant did not make a positive impression. I will not be coming back. We were seated right away. A little rushed. The waitress placed the menu on the table and asked us right after placing it. if we were ready to order. We looked at her puzzle and asked her to give us time to look at the menu. The restaurant was dead. It was just us. Maybe 15 minutes later another couple came to restaurant after. Food came after, mine first and boyfriend 7 minutes later. We were in the middle of eating, fork in the mouth and the waitress asked us if we were done. This was just after they served us. She did this two more times after. In the middle of the meal. How rude was that. I have never... we didn't order anything else and asked for the check. Maybe she wanted to go home early that day, but that was just rude. I got the garlic honey chicken. It was good. It came with the fried rice. That wasn't so good. It had no vegetables or anything inside, just brown rice. I found 1 tiny carrot piece, lol. My boyfriend had a fried chicken. That was good. I got to try it. Ask questions about your order. I asked about the fried rice. Our waitress didn't know and didn't want to ask. That was weird. If I had gotten an answer. I would have ordered differently. Has the costomer service always been this weird and bad here? I told the story to my friends afterwards when we met up afterwards. they were just as stunned as we were. Normally I can find humor or positive in a story, but not this one.
