Stopped by China One recently for the first time to get some takeout. Service was friendly and efficient. Pricing was fair. They have ample seating inside this establishment for customers to dine in. During my visit, there were plenty of people coming in and out for both take out and dine in. Definitely seemed like a popular, local Chinese spot. China One is located in the Falcon Ridge shopping center in Fontana. There is plenty of free parking shared among the businesses in the center. If you don't find a spot right away, be patient as people are consistently leaving from all of the nearby shops. My order consisted of their Orange Chicken lunch special and an order of Honey Walnut Shrimp. The Orange Chicken was good, although a little soggy due to being overly saturated in sauce. Also, if you order a lunch special and take it to go, you don't get the soup that would have come with the meal if you dined in. There was no price reduction for not having the soup. However, the portion was much more generous than I anticipated, especially for it being a 'lunch-sized' portion. The Orange Chicken had some vegetables mixed in with the protein which was a nice surprise. Everything you may expect from an Orange Chicken dish. The biggest disappointment of the order was the Honey Walnut Shrimp which was a major bummer since I love Honey Walnut Shrimp. Similarly to the Orange Chicken, the shrimp was extremely soggy. The whole dish was completely saturated in the sauce. To add on to this, they lined the take out container with a ton of lettuce which, for the record, I have no problem with. However, it seemed like there was no resting time for the shrimp and coupled with the over-saturation of sauce, the shrimp tasted like steamed lettuce instead of crispy, Honey Walnut Shrimp. The final straw for the dish was that I noticed a majority of the shrimp hadn't been deveined. At that point, I couldn't force myself to commit to the rest of the dish. Super bummed out. Perhaps I visited on an off day for China One or did not order the right thing.

Hubby called he will take care of dinner. His go to place . Son/ Hubby's favorite are the sesame beef and Mapo tofu, Mine are the spicy tofu eggplants . As a family we liked their beef chow mein .

Ordered 4 lunch plates and they come with soup, the woman didn't give me 4 soups because there were only 2 of us and argued in their language. I am sure they were losing a looooot of money serving those 2 soups Ps great the guy behind me found hair on their food.. definitely.not returning. read more

This business deserves 0 stars for how they treated my family. We came in the evening after work and I was originally going to do take out but my family decided to meet me there so we decided to dine in. There was a couple next to us that received good service but when it came to my family they were not friendly or accommodating. For example, the couple finished their food and the girl who worked there was attentive enough to trash their food for them as they finished each dish without them asking. As a customer, I would think that everyone would receive the same treatment no matter the race! When we finished we proceeded to put our plates at the end of the table so she could easily dispose them, as she did the couple. However, this did not happen for us. Instead she said "the trash is right there". My husband and I immediately asked why wasn't the couple told that same thing. The girl said that the couple tipped, that is why. Meanwhile that was a lie because we were looking the entire time. Afterwards, she literally argued with us about it. I try not to make everything about race but this is clearly one of those situations that if I wasn't African American I would've had to deal with this! My money is just as good as anyone else's China One! My kids had so many questions about the unfair treatment. The owner of this restaurant needs to do better hiring staff that are not racist. read more

One star for delivery I live less then 5 mins and order delivery for convenience of having 3 small kids. When food was delivered to my house I signed without the tip included, I like to tip in cash for the person to receive their full tip. When I handed the receipt back to the guy without a card tip he looked at me rude and told me if I didn't give him at least a 5$ tip they wouldn't deliver to my house anymore and have to cancel any future orders I made. At this point I didn't want to tip him for how rude he was when I was about to give him cash. I called the store to let them know what happed and all they said was okay sorry bye . So I will not be ordering here no long the food isn't worth the price and how rude these people are!!! read more

I've seen other locations as named "china one" although unsure if they were one and the same...placed the order at Summit location, it's easy and quick, always ready as promised ..ala cart ordered; mushroom chicken /came with a small steam rice, hongkong style chowmein "it's crispy noodles" both were good satisfying meal, this time we thought let's try adding mongolian beef...hmmm for us it's quite different, it's a tad sweet and spicy and full of onions and green bell pepper, it's make you say "where's the beef ?" read more

Great to have an American style Chinese food near by, as an alternative to Panda Express. It has more flavor than generic taste of Panda. This place has a score of B from county so It is missing 1 star. Great staff and the place ia usally packed so that tells you it is approved by local community I was just handed my carry out order while typing up this review... Suoer fast wok work.. Couldnt finah my review till im in my car. Took them about 3 to 4 min to complete no kidding. Will be back for more read more

I Love to go to this place when I'm at San Bernardino. It's inside the summit plaza on the left side of target. For starters, I recommend getting the cream cheese wontons. The wonton wrapper is nice, crisp and puffy. The sesame beef was actually really flavorful. Nice and crisp beef with sweet brown sauce topped with sesame. The honey shrimps also good. It's wrapped around tempura thing and served with walnuts. I don't recommend getting those two orders together since it's both sweet. read more

Very good little Chinese restaurant everything made fresh to order not sitting around under heat lamps like panda express in those type restaurants much better here I ordered lunch special with chicken and garlic sauce stirfried with mixed vegetables came with a side of rice and chow mein type noodles also got a side order of eggrolls The lunch special also came with a small bowl of egg flower soup I think it was around nine dollars read more

I ordered at 6:15pm with 30-45 minute delivery time. My food arrived 8:09pm almost 2 hours and it was all cold and soggy. The driver and owner said that if I was unhappy to just return the food but my kids where hungry and I had no choice but to take the cold food and pay full price $65 no tip obviously. Staff was amazing friendly attentive and accommodating. Even the owner came out to greet us, staff understand and speaK English well. Let's start small with the teriyaki chicken and say it was super good and probably some of the best I've had in years. The meat was juicy and the flavour was top notch. The main event? Them orange chicken fries! I can't even begin to explain just how good this meal was. The orange chicken itself consisted of large cut up chunks on top of a bed of delicious french fries with some of the tastiest orange chicken sauce I've ever had, so what happens when it's all mixed together? THE PERFECT MEAL! thats what. Overall, This place may be far outside of Los Angeles, but I know i'll be hitting this up every few months thats for sure. I ordered the House special Chow Fun with an assortment of chicken, shirmp, and 2 pieces beef. I was very disappointed because there was hardly any meat at all. I really wanted more beef in it and when i asked the waiter about it, he took the fork and shoveled through it in its entirety looking for meat and he didn't find much at all. I asked for more meat and he didn't give me any and said it was an additional charge for more meat. I didn't appreciate how he forked through all the noodles like it was his own plate.
