I personally didn't care for any of the food except the white rice. The egg rolls were small the hot and sour soup didn't taste good the chicken Lo Mein wasn't that good. Welcome to a new idea. This is one of the best Chinese American food I've had in a long time. They make it so it has flavor and is lite on oil so it's not to greasy on over burden with oil. We took a chance and ordered from this restaurant via their online web ordering. Everyone was polite at the front desk and I received my food without issues. We got home and was surprised at the massive amounts of food for each order. We had purchased Sesame Chicken (kid), Honey Chicken (kid) and Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice. After dishing everything out and filling dinner plates all the way (seriously, the entire plate), there was plenty of food to feed 6 people. The plan was ok a basic restaurant and 5he food was pretty basic and what u would expect. First of all half of the menu was not even accurate anymore the thai n Hibachi lunch menus no longer existed so I had to redo my order three times. Secondly the sign outside set for 95 for lunch menu items and it turns out there is only one menu item for that price so you was a little misleading. I ended up ordering Chinese lunch combos 1. beef lo mein with chicken fried rice and wonton soup and 2. Kompow chicken with chicken fried rice and wonton soup...priced each for $5.50. The servants were quite generous and food was basic but tasty mild to the palate which makes it perfect for anyone that wants to be introduced to American take out. Horribly RUDE lady counter worker. I visited this place serval times each time the same experience. The food is par with other take out Chinese food. Ordering egg foo young off the lunch menu on serval occasions the lady tells me with an attitude that they do not have it. Egg foo young is a very common dish that every Chinese restaurant of type has especially when they they are serving other dishes w/same ingredients. The worst is the unfriendly attitude when I am in your establishment spending my hard earned money it's slap on the face. Totally unacceptable in the service industry. If I was a mean customer I could see the attitude but I am always super friendly to all restaurants workers. I worked in many restaurants and know what it like to deal w/rude or inappropriate customers. To make things worse this appears to by a family run restaurant. After my last trip it was my LAST trip. On a recent visit to this restaurant, I faced an unusual encounter. I walked in to place a to go order and immediately the cashier informed that she could only take cash. Her reason was the internet was down. After placing my order and paying with cash another customer came in. The young worker who took over the cash register told the customer he could only pay with cash. He indicated he only had a card and left. The lady who waited on me asked what was the problem and he said he told him he had to pay with cash because that is what she told me. She sent him to call the guy back in. Customer #3 comes in and pay with card. I am a customer of color and customer #2 and #3 were not. Needless to say, that was my first and last visit to that China Panda on Dallas Acton Highway Atlanta. Therefore I rate this place 1star read more

Went in on Saturday afternoon. On their menu is says lunch from 11-3. I was there at 3:00 on the dot. The kid (10-13) behind the counter told me I could not order lunch even though the digital clock on the wall next to the register said 3. Turned around and left and will never be back. The only thing good about this place was they were able to get my big order correct! The presentation of the food was nice as long as you weren't actually going to eat it. For starters I had to pay 25 cents for each container of house mustard and hot pepper paste. The chicken was so old and hard... literally by my second piece my jaw hurt. The Mongolian beef was mostly onions. It seemed that they prepped and fried the chicken the day before and tossed in the sauce before the order was picked up.
