We also had kung pao beef and the beef quality was also very fresh, and tender but perfectly cooked and it was not like 90% of Chinese places that soft but chewy beef so common to find. Because of that I must must must go back and try the orange beef. The sauce flavor was deep, rich and a little spicy, just as hoped. As I was eating I told my partner, I think this is the best American style Chinese food I've ever had in Colorado and that's true. Rivals anything in NY or San Fran.
