Food was fantastic! Limited menu but delicious burgers!! Your choose any 3 items to add to your burger. I added jalapeños, bacon, and pickles. Jalapeños were fresh and pickled homemade yummy. Bacon was overcooked: burnt in places but still pretty good. You have to have your full order in by 8:00 pm and we were told that as soon as we walked in at 7:30. Service was efficient. lol. The server would do "drive by drop offs" without stopping or saying anything. Atmosphere/ ambiance very nice. There are several tables that overlook the river. We weren't lucky enough to score one, but they looked great. read more

This spot is okay, being by the creek is really nice and their patio is shaded well. Service is fairly attentive although she seemed irritated at times, could've been stretched thin as the patio was pretty full. Food was good, nothing outstanding. It came out quick. We had a great experience at 2 Dads Eatery. I started with a Mexican lager that was on tap I enjoyed. My wife had an prosecco cider spritz or something along those lines which she really enjoyed and I had a sip which was great. The cheese curds are incredible, the ranch with the honey and the jam, couldn't decide which combination was best. A must order! I had the Italian grinder with pasta salad that was tasty. Enjoyed the toasted bread, good amount of meat and the toppings tasted fresh. The pasta salad was also good. My wife got the Alfredo pizza with chicken added. Also very good have a ton of leftovers. The crust has a nice crisp but still airy with the right amount of chew. We sat outside by the creek which is just an awesome way to enjoy a drink and meal. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area and I'd recommend you stop as well. read more

Great food and service. Great little roadside spot next to the river...it must be great sitting on patio during nice weather. Had three burger and fries...wonderful. THEY LIED TWICE ABOUT MY ORDER in 20 min Great karma !! So I get there to pick up my pizzas and they believe that they don't have my order so they lied to me saying "we messed up your pizza let us fix that for you. Do you want a free appetizer?" I Wait for 20 minutes in the most awkward, empty room Then she comes out with only one pizza and I say "I ordered two pizza and Brussels sprouts" she had the wrong name and made up an order to save her ass lmao my order was sitting there for 20 min getting cold !! Then they tell me they give me the Brussel sprout for free, but they're still charge me for it. They all giggled when I left. WTH is wrong with those people My pizza was cold and I was charged for every item . I waited there for 20 minutes in the most awkward empty place. they are mismanaged. Everybody knows that in town if you go there you just wanna get drunk it's not a compliment the food is disgusting and super expensive only the pizza was good the kitchen is disgusting and so badly managed "air head" teenager make the decision and lies to customers Bailey don't keep restaurants for a reason I have been in this town for 8 years and this place keep rotating their management keep changing. wait another two years and we'll have another new management welcome to Bailey You better off eating the pizza at "crossroad" they have their shit together and the food is always good so much better experience read more

We stopped in yesterday on our drive from Denver to Buena Vista and we had the best dinner at 2 Dads. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the gorgeous scenery with the creek rushing by and the lush wildflower baskets. All the employees were friendly and efficient and our server was full of smiles and got our order perfect. The pretzel with beer cheese was the best pretzel I have ever had - perfectly baked. The custom pizza we ordered on the homemade crust was delicious. Wow. And my French dip sandwich with house made pasta salad with the cutest, sweet and crunchy little mountain peppers was a treat. All the meals we had were fantastic. Prices were mid range. Pizza was really good. Ambiance was better than you get in an expensive restaurant. It was right on the creek. Service was a little slow that night but anyone who travels 285 especially on a long holiday weekend should expect that. Will definitely go back. I have my go to place on 285 now. read more

Small town food can go one of two ways, absolutely dog water or amazing and I'm glad to say this was AMAZING. The food was so good, great vibes, great atmosphere. Was recommended to me, but seems they are too busy for their setup! Good for them, but it was very unpleasant for me. Was hoping to sit at the bar as I was solo, but there was no space there or at the high tops, and no one was looking to budge. Awkwardly picked a dining area table near the bathroom, and watched people constantly waiting or checking if the single bathroom they have was free. Spent a couple days in Baily for a wedding. One of the highlights of the trip was eating at this establishment. The views are incredible, with the mountains, trees, and river that are front and center. Great patio. The bar offers 10 local area brews on tap. The menu is simple, good, and something for everyone. They are known for their pizzas according to the locals. I enjoyed a variety of choices during my visit. For Baily, CO, this is a must stop place to patronize. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner works the bar most shifts and I recommend you ask her about the story of why it is called 2 Dads. You will be impressed. Highly recommended. Great Place. Thank you. read more

Wow this place is phenomenal! I came in solo to eat during my trip to Bailey and I was greeted with such kindness and hospitality from the second I walked in. This is a small town but the food was truly immaculate. Their service was extremely comforting and you could tell these people genuinely cared about giving everyone who came in the best possible experience. The food was so good I had to come back the next day! The locals were also extremely friendly and made sure to greet me and even strike up a conversation even though I wasn't from there. We try hard to support local businesses, especially here in Conifer where dining options are somewhat limited. We ordered: * a large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, * a small tossed salad, * and four cheesy bread rolls. Total cost: about $50. The first surprise came when we were told it would take an hour to prepare the order. It was still fairly early in the day, so we assumed maybe they were crafting something extraordinary back there. You shouldn't rush a master chef, after all. When we finally got the food home, the disappointment set in immediately. The pizza looked... medically concerning. Pale. Almost white. It had the visual energy of a cafeteria tortilla with low self-esteem. Then we noticed the toppings. My wife actually poked at the pizza and said, "Maybe the toppings are under the cheese?" They were not. The pepperoni deserves special recognition because I have never seen pepperoni sliced this small or this thin in my life. These tiny little discs were maybe half an inch across. Ripple must have contacted the pepperoni manufacturer directly and said: "I need pepperoni so tiny and so sparse that customers can technically call it a pepperoni pizza, while minimizing any risk of flavor." Even with the microscopic dimensions, they still used them sparingly. The jalapeños were equally scarce. A few lonely little fragments scattered across the surface like survivors of a great topping shortage. The salad was okay, although it's admittedly difficult to sabotage a bowl of lettuce. The cheesy bread rolls did, in fairness, contain both bread and cheese, so technically they fulfilled the contract. Honestly, I believe most frozen supermarket pizzas would outperform this pizza in appearance and flavor, all at a fraction of the cost. We genuinely wanted to like Ripple. We like supporting local restaurants. But too many places in Conifer seem to operate on the assumption that limited competition means they don't really have to try very hard. So we did our duty. We tried it once. But we won't be back.

We both ordered pizzas on the agave wheat crust. The pizzas came out at breakneck speed despite the restaurant being packed. While my friend thoroughly enjoyed his pizza, I felt the pizza was mid, at least initially. The crust tasted bland, even a bit bitter. The sauce did not complement the crust either. However, the taste of the pizza was significantly elevated with honey, which they provide large quantities of in squeeze bottles at every table. Moral of the story: this type of pizza, which they term "mountain pies," should be eaten with honey. Overall, I would recommend Beau Jo's based on the stellar service and good food.
