Another delivery win from (in my opinion) the BEST Chinese food in my area!! On DoorDash they have almost 5 stars!! Don't let their rating on here turn you away, they're fresh, clean, fast and AMAZING!! I had a little trouble with this last order but they were so quick to fix it!! Amazing service and food Their chicken wings are amazing, usually Chinese wings are, eh wings, not theirs, theirs are spectacular, we can't get enough of them. horrible customer service. we were over charged $30 and when we called to get our money back she called us poor and mocked us. we were on the phone for 20 minutes, promised a refund, then when we went in and she laughed in our face, told us to "call our mommy", and argued with us that we got larges when we didn't. extremely rude and unprofessional don't go here. read more

I believe the owners of this establishment are also the owners of Jade Garden on Main Street in Lewiston. I didn't find the quality of the food lacking compared to their other location. I guess my experience is quite different than many others who took the time to provide their feedback. I alway order their General Tso Chicken which was cooked just right and tasted great. The fried rice is good and the chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and nicely cooked on the inside. I tend to always have a great experience with these owners. read more

Food is the best Chinese I've ever had! I've traveled many places in the US and tried many different Chinese restaurants! Yummy

This used to be favorite. I ordered Asparagus Chicken, instead I got green beans and chicken. Yuck. Our friend ordered Moo Sho Pork, they didn't provide hoisin sauce, what they did send was a soy/onion sauce which smelled more like garbage. The Pork Fried rice was good, General Tsao's still good and the Hunan beef was very good. They told us our order would be ready in 40 minutes. It was closer to an hour and 40. They were disorganized and disagreeable. Doubt that we will try there again for a while. I hope they get there act together. read more

By far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. It all tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile and just heated up which is why it only took 15 minutes from the time we ordered until pickup. This was the 2nd time I have ordered here and that was two times too many. Extremely disappointed. read more

We just tried this place today , New Year 2018. We saw a sign saying it was open. I asked our waitress how they had been open. She said just over 8 month. (I had heard the previous place had been shut down. ) The decor was older , but clean and the placed smelled clean. We ordered and received huge portions ! The food was fresh and hot !! My husband got chicken wings as his appetizer... we had wished we had both ordered platters of wings! No batter and fried crisp !! The only thing I don't care for was the fried rice ... but I don't care for it anyplace in Maine so far. read more

I have eaten here a few times recently but the most recent time we realized a lot has been upgraded. There are no longer holes in the booth seats, everything seems overall cleaner, and the old red cups have been replaced by glass cups. The priciest caught my eye when I first looked at the menu, but the portions turned out to be huge!! Great food, came out hot and quick. It typically isn't packed. We were the only ones in there the last time we ate, but it just makes it more relaxing. Don't let the outside look of the restraint scare you away because you will definitely leave full and happy. We knew that new folks had taken over the China Wok so decided to try. Are we ever glad we did. I had the Moo Goo Gai Pan with brown sauce, and chicken fingers. The plate was loaded to over flowing. Vegs were crisp and perfect, and all the meats were tender. A very delicious meal. Hubby got Sweet and Sour Chicken and Shrimp and really enjoyed it. The service was great, and server very friendly. Can you say the WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. On the outside it looks okay but when I walked in, the first thing I notice is that noone else is there and its saturday lunch time on a lovely day, I should have left then. I sit down looking around at the grimy surroundings, the poor decor, the crumbs everywhere, the peeling paint, worn out furnishings and little chinese children bombing around the place. and see the most unfriendly waitress come rushing toward me with a look of annoyance. I asked this gargoyle several friendly questions such as "that looks nice, what is that" throughout the course of my meal and was met with a barking "are you a goddamn idiot" type tone every time from her disgusting mouth every time. It was difficult to stay in that place past 5 minutes because they obviously hadn't been paying their heating bill and had been cut-off because it was like the north pole on a cloudy day. We so nearly left at this point but were hungry and thought it may be an experience to stay until the end, unfortunately I was right. I opted for the combination meal special that was chow-mein but was 50c cheaper at $7.25 and came with fried rice. Well what a rip off, I saved 50c but the replaced 3/4 of my chow mein with this disgusting rice, whats more the sauce lacked flavor and they had gone so sparingly on the crispy noodles that I thought they'd forgotten them. One thing they hadn't forgotten was the oil, the food was just bathing in grease. The only saving grace for the whole meal was the chicken teriyaki my wife had that came with her equally diabolical meal. It didn't taste of teriyaki but it was rather nice all the same. After I had asked for a box and had the waitress literally throw it at me, and I had left with the 5c tip on the table ( I had no change for a quarter) that is when the worst part of the meal began to happen. Both me and my wife were crippled over with bellyache and were both nearly sick walking around the nearby TJ Maxx. Stay well clear of the china wok next to Jo-Ann fabrics. Go to Mei Lei instead in neighboring Lewiston which has great surroundings, the best food in the state and amazingly cheaper prices than this dive. read more

I'm sorry to do this...I really am. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and in the description it clearly says that the sauce is made with peppers, pineapple and onions ( like it is supposed to be) I received a small container of tasteless (but sweet) red liquid and 6 large chicken fingers...that is what they call sweet and sour chicken. The chicken in the finger was like rubber...and you either dipped the chicken finger into the sauce or you cut up all the chicken and poured the sauce over it...no flavor whatsoever...none, just sweet overkill...the fried rice was a deep dark brown (over use of soy sauce?) and tasted OLD...again no real flavor to speak of and the pork was hard and chewy like the chicken. I was going to go elsewhere but saw all the positive remarks and thought I'd try someplace new. never again...look elsewhere, I'm afraid. read more
