Fried Wonton
Mark M.

I've ordered here many times. It's a small place with a few tables to sit and eat at, nothing special. I usually order over the phone for takeout. I find these guys are all about taking your order, making it quickly (within 15 minutes), paying, and you're out of there. They aren't the most friendly at the counter, or overly verbose, though you usually aren't in there very long waiting. The quality of food is pretty good. They use chicken breast for their sweet and sour chicken and their chicken fried rice. The roast pork fried rice is also very tasty. The wonton soup noodles are a bit too doughy tasting for me. Deep fried wontons are greasy good. The portions are a good size, for their individual dishes, and lunch and dinner combos. The latter are very good value, with the lunch combo allowing you to get a soup. Parking is at a minimum, best to take a spot in the Publix parking lot.

This China Wok location on 58th Street in Doral is a great choice for delicious and fresh Chinese food when you are in the area. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting the orders together. I have been happy with all of the meals that I have ordered from here.

Triple Delight

We have been on a chinese food withdrawal for 3 months since we've moved to Doral from a different state. This store is near where I am so I decided to give it a shot, we ordered the General Tso chicken lunch special, chicken lo mein lunch special, triple delight dinner size and an order of their fried chicken wings. Their rice is nice a fluffy, I have to give them that... most places the rice is so dried. Their lunch specials don't come with an egg roll or spring roll which is a bummer. Most places give you a choice of either soup or egg roll plus a soda for the amount they are charging. General Tso chicken tastes ok, it has a tangy sauce to it, but we had better. The Chicken Lo Mein had a sweet taste to it and the noodles doesn't look as dark as we are used to. I think it's because they don't use as much soy sauce. Triple delight is ok too, if you get anything that has big shrimps, make sure u take out the vein. That kinda disgusted me a little that they don't clean their shrimps before cooking it. Their wings were ok, fried and oily, the skin is kinda cripsy, I rebaked it when I got home just to make it more crispier. Overall it's ok for a carry out joint, I came in around 2pm ish and it was packed with people eating inside, must be a good sign?

Good Chinese food for the price. There's not so many other places to choose from in Doral but this one satisfies my cravings

Vegetable lo mein was a little bland and basically just broccoli and carrots which is disappointing. Came out fast. Service was ok.

Very good Chinese takeout. Not haute cuisine, but the lunch specials are great and affordable. I come in all the time.

Parking: This is a strip mall with ample parking…read more Customer Service: Josephine the owner was so very friendly and polite. It was a pleasure chatting with her. Price: I ordered the Chow Fun Beef noodles and the portion and taste was worth the price. I definitely got value for my money. There are 4 tables where you can dine in. The best part about this restaurant is the open kitchen where you can observe them cooking your food. They also have some of the real ingredients they use on display like tamarind juice used in the pad Thai. The chow fun noodles were fresh homemade noodles that's delivered 3 times a week and not dried store bought. Overall I cannot wait till my next time ordering food from here, the service was great and the food was delicious and tasty. I didn't have to add any condiments to the food to improve the taste.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INSPECTED ASAP!!!…read more The difference between the image presented online and the reality inside this restaurant is unbelievable. If customers could see what goes on behind the counter before ordering, I think many would choose somewhere else. What I saw inside completely destroyed my appetite. (See photo attached) Missing ceiling tiles, exposed hanging wires, clutter everywhere, papers and random items scattered around the counter, supplies piled on top of cabinets, and a workspace that looked neglected and poorly maintained. It felt more like a junkie restroom toilet than a restaurant customers should trust with their food. The online photos and delivery apps create one impression. The reality inside creates a very different one. To make matters worse, the owners and staff were rude, SUPER RUDE, dismissive, and disrespectful. They scream at you!! Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about. The food was disappointing, tasted far below average, and left me regretting the purchase almost immediately. After seeing the conditions behind the counter, I couldn't stop thinking about what I had just eaten. Restaurants don't need to be fancy, but they should be clean, organized, and respectful to their customers. This place failed on all three. There are too many good Chinese restaurants in Miami to waste your money here. I will never return, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this place to visit in person first and decide for themselves.

The Highlights * Fried Rice: Easily the best part of the meal savory and delicious. * Lumpias: Excellent! They were perfectly crispy and actually felt "full of protein" rather than just being all wrapper. * Fried Ribs: Super crispy and packed with great flavor. The "Okays" * Lo Mein: This was just average for me. It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out like the other dishes. The Verdict A lot of people compare this spot to Venezuelan Chinese restaurants, but in my opinion, it isn't the same at all. If you are looking for that specific authentic Venezuelan-Chinese taste, you might be disappointed. However, if you just want a solid meal with great textures and good flavors, it's still a worthwhile stop. Summary: Good food and great crunch, just don't expect it to be a carbon copy of your favorite spot back home!

I was helped immediately when I walked through the door. I didn't find any chicken in my soup and it was too starchy and thick. Mushroom tasted like they came from a canned. Flavor wise it wasn't bad, good amount of heat and spice. I was very disappointed with the Lo Mein, it was mostly bean sprouts and onions. The amount of beef was sparse. I ate 1/2 because I was hungry. They were generous with the duck and soy sauce and fortune cookies. Including tip it was $30, which is a lot for subpar food. The restaurant was full, so maybe my choices weren't their best.
