The burrito was packed and grilled right, not soggy, not falling apart. The tacos were juicy, tortillas tasted fresh, and the salsas had real flavor with some heat. While we were waiting for the food, I spoke with the cook and she told me her sons and daughters are the owners. She also mentioned they are from Sinaloa, Mexico, and honestly that explains a lot.
