Seriously I'm giving this spot a two star because they actually took our order pretty close to closing hours. They were horrendous does she want to eat some sweet-and-sour chicken that will break your tooth go right on ahead and order that but as for me I wanna keep my teeth still. Good Chinese food for the price. There's not so many other places to choose from in Doral but this one satisfies my cravings

Vegetable lo mein was a little bland and basically just broccoli and carrots which is disappointing. Came out fast. Service was ok.

Pls avoid this place... Manager calls you a liar without even taking a look at any of their "notes" for having previously failed to delivery stuffs that we have ordered.. "Twice".... Also, they use someone who speaks Spanish even though I speak English in the USA... Bottom line, they do not honor what they offer to give in compensation for their lack of care when delivering items.... There are some other better options and places where these "businesses" treat you better.... This complain has already been filed with the Doral municipal authorities and Florida business division.... Please beware of the type of situations and good luck... Food is not optimal but eatable. This place is right by my job and it's an alternative when we don't want to drive or we didn't bring lunch from home. It's no big deal but it's pretty good. Their crab rangoos will satisfy your craving and their Four seasons plate is tasty too. Their prices are a bit high for a take out place and the service is not that great, but it works. We just moved to Doral. Ordered Chinese Basics: Chicken Low Mein & Vegetable Fried Rice. The Low Mein was Soooo Dry the noodles were sticking together, no way to serve, plus were colored Orange, I've never seen orange low mein?. The vegetable fried rice was truly tasteless. They are your typical Chinese restaurant. Americanized Chinese food but still good, especially for the price. I got General Tso's Chicken Lunch Special which was $5.34 (with tax) and came with my choice of soup, eggroll or soda. read more

Every once in awhile, I always had my chinese food fix and China Wok always delivered. I always loved their lunch combos, which is quite affordable and reasonable. The place has great food and they cook the food very fast. It has great lunch and dinner specials which include a soup or egg roll. Over all it is very good Chinese take out. Keep in mind that you have to have a minimum of $10 order in order to use a debit or credit card or else it has to be cash. I recommend this place. read more

I'm all about customer service, considering every job I've had revolves around that. I was a waitress for a year and regardless of your smile and service some people just don't tip. I've ordered from here a few times and the food is okay, nothing extravagant, the delivery service is horrible. I'm not far from them whatsoever and each time I've ordered it seems to take longer than what was told to me. I've gotten the same delivery driver each time, he bangs on my door excessively as if I'm taking ten minutes to open my door when I've just heard the first knock. Always dressed in sweats (which I consider unprofessional in that service) each time I've opened the door he's leaning against the wall by my door with his foot up and shoves the food towards me. REGARDLESS of this ridiculous customer service I've tipped $5+ because I understand what working for tips is like, but I WORKED for the tips I made when I was in that industry. The last and FINAL time I will EVER be ordering from here I decided not to tip, i was tired of someone so rude so unprofessional making a buck when he didn't deserve it. When he saw I gave no tip he told me "I work for tips" I ignored the comment because truthfully in such a job it's no customers job to HAVE to tip, no one NEEDS to tip that's where the word "gratuity" comes from.. After closing my door he began banging on my door stating how he works for tip yelling at my door, after a good five minutes he was STILL at my door. I began to feel threatened instead of calling the police I called the restaurant and explained what happened, their response, "well people usually tip" yeah no shit, you expect me to go to my door and hand him money after that? It took fifteen minutes for that man to leave my door. Always got the worst experience from him but that was just ridiculous along with the restaurants response. How disgusting, what pathetic customer service. Places I've worked at, especially the restaurant I worked at would never allow such behavior and would have this person fired immediately. Restaurants need good customer service that's what makes people want to come back and believe me I will never. I dont know why some reviews say these people are "super fast". An hour after ordering my food I still had not received it. Called to find out how much longer it would take I was told the driver was already on his way. Please note my office is only 2 miles away. After waiting an additional half hour I called again and they told mw that the driver was already on his way once again. Long story short, two hours later I still had not received my food. I ended up canceling my order since I never recevied my food after the two hours. I will never again waste my time ordering from this people. As a customer I understand that waiting is part of delivery but the service this restaurant provided was ridiculous. read more
