I absolutely do not recommend this place. It wasn't busy at all and we were the only customers there, yet it still took a long time to get our food. While we were waiting, the employee working was yelling at her child in the restaurant, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When I finally received my food, it contained mushrooms even though I have a mushroom allergy. I brought it back to the counter to point it out, and the employee rolled her eyes and snarled at me. Very, very average. They have no idea what king pao shrimp is. One and done. Waited 20 minutes longer than first told.

Terrible ambiance. No effort was put into seating and there were only 3 tables (one for a big group of 6-8). You order at the counter with the owner who was nice enough but it was difficult to understand her English. Prices weren't all that great. I would expect lower prices based on the lack of service and comfortable seating. Didn't bring out soup ahead of the other food. No water, you have to buy a bottle. Slow slow food preparation. I'm very surprised at the poor reviews and I'm glad we gave their food a go. It's quite possibly my favorite Chinese food in the pines now. We had egg drop soup, beef and broccoli (the beef was great), egg rolls, and lo mein which was also delicious. The woman working was really friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they went out of their way to build an entire separate pick up entrance with a window. In the time of covid this shows that they take their customers and employees safety seriously and I can't say that for a lot of other businesses. Don't order anything from this restaurant. I have been a customer of theirs for over ten years. Every time I order from them, they get the order wrong. The place is run by children. This has to be against the law. It took them three hours to replace my food order. I asked to speak to the manager and when I told him what happened, he said absolutely nothing. It's a small, family run place. Food here is more along the lines of traditional Chinese as opposed to the usual sauce-laden American-Asian fare. I never do this, but I've been so stoked to have delivery since I moved here from Vass that I've let this place slide so many times before writing this review. The steak is cooked like a hockey puck, the fried rice is just like white rice with yellow food coloring- no veggies or eggs or anything. The food is always sub-par, and it's usually (7/10 times) wrong from what I ordered. I've complained twice now in the most polite way, but I still lee getting crap food. Every single time we have ordered delivery, they skimp out with half or even quarter filled containers, and burned or old food. They halfway make it up after calling you a liar on the phone, but only after you have to threaten to cancel the credit card charges on them.
