Will & Well is a great addition to Boxyard if you're looking for a fresh salad, grain bowl, or…read moresmoothie option. The setup is counter service, with a handful of premade salads and bowls on the menu, or you can build your own. The build-your-own option starts at $12.99 and includes your base, five toppings, one crunchy/dry topping, and dressing. Proteins are extra and range from about $4.25-$6.50, with options including tofu, shrimp, chicken, steak, and tuna. I opted for a build-your-own bowl with chicken, which came out to just under $20 before tip. At first, that felt a little pricey to me, but the portion size was absolutely massive. Honestly, it was large enough to easily make two meals, which made the value feel much better. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and even let me sample three different dressings before deciding. I also appreciated that you can get your dressing on the side if you prefer. All 3 I tried were good, but all very different, and I'm glad I had a chance to try them! One thing to note is that it was fairly warm inside the business, which gave me a little pause considering it's a salad-focused concept. That said, everything tasted fresh and high quality. There were only two employees working during my visit on a Wednesday around 6:30, and with about 4-5 people ahead of me, it took around 20 minutes to place my order, get my bowl made, and check out. The staff was working hard, and being incredibly helpful, but if you're in a hurry, just plan accordingly. Overall, I'd definitely return. It's nice to have a quality salad option at Boxyard, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was helpful and kind. Just be prepared that there may be a bit of a wait and to spend around $20 if you're adding protein (but you can easily share or make two meals from it!!!) My picture doesn't do the size justice I promise!

I'm only going to focus on the food and the staff for this because that's what I can review fairly without bias. The ever-classic table-height issue for power wheelchairs is frustrating, and we often get seated at a booth even though I block the pathway because I can't get out of my wheelchair, and there is no other way for me to sit at a booth. You have some accessible seating, but even if it's empty, you will not be seated there for whatever reason. The food is pretty good, though very inconsistently cooked. I always get the chicken gnocchi soup, and I have noticed a steady decline in how many gnocchis are given per bowl, and even more so with pickup/take-home orders. The same meal, which takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes inside the restaurant, can take over 45 minutes to an hour to pick up, even well before the dinner rush. If you order an Alfredo sauce to go, you need to pay more to get the same amount as you would get included in your order if you were in the restaurant. People may say, "Oh, it's a cream-based sauce, so it will shrink over time," and I live down the street from this place. If the sauce is missing within a 5-minute drive, there was never enough to begin with. This is a treat for my family to eat here, and it usually comes after doing everything in our power to make sure I am receiving the medical care I need to continue to exist. We choose the pickup option because we're exhausted, and my body is physically in so much pain that sitting inside the restaurant to enjoy the same meal can keep me down for days. Also, I know this is more of a corporate decision, and franchises have very little impact on what gets added to the menu or removed, but can someone please consider bringing back the garlic butter sauce, even if it's just during the never-ending pasta bowl?
