This place was AWFUL! As other reviews said, upon entering your fooled with the nice decor,and the buffet looks appetizing. NOT!!! I guess I can blame myself, cause I remember moving to Milford few years ago, and I've always heard this place was not good, but it we were hoping we would like it, then have a Chinese buffet close to home. Should have left immediately after sitting down to eat my first plate, and when i took my fork out of napkin it was STICKY! So no I ask for another and proceed to eat what looks to be amazing. EVERYTHING on my plate was cool. Not warm, cool. Daughter says hers is the same. So we decide to just go back up and get another plate hoping with trying different items this time we would be in luck. NOPE, same outcome. Didn't matter what steam table we got from, the outcome was cool, some cold food. If you don't mind your food not being hot then I guess this won't bother you. 2 stars only because it's a hit or miss place. Some days the food is really good, but then there are days you can't finish your food because your stomach will start to get upset (can't really stomach their food after seeing little flies all over the desserts). The front staff is a huge downfall, you might leave extremely thirsty (they really need a drink station). The last visit two female servers were loudly talking (maybe arguing or just complaining about whatever) right next to the customers trying to eat while they cleared booths, not very professional. read more

We haven't been to this restaurant in about 3-4 years because the food was terrible. We usually eat at Hibachi Grill in Beechmont despite living in Milford. We wanted Chinese buffet but now have a small baby and it was later in the evening and didn't want to risk being far from home with an upset baby. We were surprised to see the parking lot full so we anticipated fresh food. We walked into a dusty, dingy atmosphere. My 7 year old was excited about the koi pond. We were seated quickly to a restaurant that only had two other tables seated. Where were all the people who belonged to the cars in a full parking lot??? I took my son to the buffet we each grabbed a plate. There were 5 food tables, 2 dessert tables, 1 hibachi grill, and a small sushi bar. The sushi bar only had 6 pieces of each type of roll which was never refilled. The containers on the steam tables were only half full and as usual a person was walking around monitoring amounts constantly stirring the half full containers. Not once did I see anyone come to fill the bars in the 35 minutes we were seated. Also our server sat three tables away from us and ate a plate of food while still taking care of us and her other tables!? I only had one plate, my son had two and dessert, and my husband had three plates. We were very unimpressed. When I received my bill I about died. It was $33 and not worth a nickel!!! I told my husband that since I didn't eat much I was going to tell them it wasn't good and hopefully I wouldn't have to pay for mine. We packed up our children and he went to the car while I was paying the bill. I approached the cashier and explained that it wasn't very good, cold, old and I would like mine taken off the bill. I was nice at first. When she didn't acknowledge my distress and said she could offer me a discount of only $3 I flipped my lid. I felt like they just kicked me in the stomach. I demanded to speak to the manager. She came up after much loud chatter among the 3 employees. She argued with me that the food was hot (she touched the table it was hot she said). I was livid demanded mine taken off or I would just walk out and she went to get her owner/manager after taking a photo of our car. Meanwhile the three workers are up front just staring at me. He came out and yet again I had to explain myself for the same response of only a $3 discount. I said I only had one plate and his response was one plate or ten plates you still have to pay. At this point it was a ten minute escapade in the lobby and my husband had to bring both kids back in to take care of the bill. I work in food service and never once have I seen my managers argue with their patrons over a $10.75 meal. Apparently they need the money because everyone in Milford has discovered how disgusting and worthless their restaurant has become. We will never be back and if I can save one person the heartache and loss of money with my review then I am satisfied. read more

Its a chinese buffet. if you like that sort of thing you MIGHT like this place but I find that it is even substandard to the other buffets in town. I always find the seats and floors sticky. I used to work in a business along where that buffet is located and part of my job was to take the trash out back to the dumpster. I used to have someone watch me or come with me as i took the garbage out because of all the hispanic men that work in the kitchen would follow me out there to heckle me or be watching me from the chinese buffet kitchen. read more

My kids love the fish in the pond in front. Other than that, I have to admit that the place is not very clean and I can't trust much of the food to be completely healthy or safe. I go here often. The buffet selections are vast and the pans are small so they are replaced often, keeping the food fresh. Have been going here for years. My only complaint is over the last few months, at lunch time, the entrees are not hot, some are barely warm. I am sure the Board of Health would not approve should they come in to test around 11:30 or 12. At first I thought it was a one time thing, but after months of this, I'm guessing this is now the norm. I hope they change this as cool Chinese food is not appealing & if this continues, I will eat lunch elsewhere. At night they should refill the crab more often. read more

this is probably one of the better Chinese buffets in Cincinnati. However the price and friendliness isn't great.

I am definitely a fan of the food at this restaurant, but the lady who runs the counter is desperately in need of some manners. The food is JUST good enough to keep me coming back in spite of the cold, rude, unresponsive woman in front who likes to talk on the phone at inappropriate times and ignore customers. I imagine though, if I had a bad experience with the food even once, I would quit going back. So far though, the food has always been fantastic...but jeez, woman, could you crack a smile and hang up the phone and at least ACT like you're thankful for my business?? read more

Been coming here about 3 yrs. Usually it's hit or miss honestly. The place is going under, Filthy! Can't even believe health codes pass these days to be honest ! Never fresh, Always yesterday's or the day before food on buffet.(broccoli, pot stickers, cheese sticks and much much more) My daughter bit in to a cheese stick and gagged from choking on the Hard, OLD cheese (not kidding). Went to get new and the cheese in the middle was old old old with 2nd try. Fiance likes sushi his looked discolored and not fresh at all whatsoever red and crusty hard around all sides of it..the Broccoli they mix in with new is so brown and looks /taste like they reheated 5x. When I say filthy, I mean filthy!! Make sure u get a table because the backs of the booths are uncalled for. Nasty! Silverware gross, smells like wet carpet when you are trying to eat. Not wasting my hard working $ there anymore! Hope u don't either! Sad! read more
