The restaurant was busy but not overwhelmingly so, indicating the locals probably enjoy this spot. I was in the area and had a craving for pho and this was where Yelp led me. I'm a pho snob so I was a little surprised by how much I enjoyed the pho here. The broth was a little underwhelming at first, but once you add the chili oil and a touch of fish sauce, all of the flavors (the herbal essence and the beefy meatiness) came together beautifully. It hit the spot. I know it is a little short-sighted to rate this place according to just one dish, but it's what I have for you. That being said, my 4-star rating may change when I try other things on the menu the next time I come here. I normally like rating Thai restaurants by their green curry and pad thai -- so that is something to look forward to!!
