While there's nothing wrong with dining in, I've personally preferred picking up food for take-out. Part of the reason for this is that the restaurant can get a bit cramped during peak times and there can be a lot happening with ordering, bussing tables, and whatnot. However, dining in during non-peak times has been delightful. I recommend eating at/ordering food from Sun China! But mostly, being in a family that used actual guide dogs - as in, dogs that were specifically bred and trained for YEARS by experienced professionals to assist their visually impaired handlers all day, completely ignore food and people that try to interact with them, and to tuck themselves quietly at their handler's feet at a restaurant, I'm put off by "service dogs" just moseying around a restaurant or sitting at a table with diners.
