My go to Chinese is General Tso's Chicken, supposed to be all white MEAT. Maybe half is actually MEAT, the rest is grisly, veined chunks of ????. To be honest, most local Chinese is pretty much the same quality. Years ago I frequented a place on 112 in N. Patchogue which used really nice white meat chicken. I ordered chicken with garlic sauce and pork friend rice from lunch menu. It also came with egg roll. Everything was absolutely delicious. Garlic sauce was good and fried rice wasn't oily at all. Egg roll was bit oily but nothing that you can't handle. A little dap in paper towel and the egg roll was fine. The best part was the portion size. Fried wontons aren't crispy. They're mushy and pretty gross. Shrimp with lobster sauce is flavorless. Steamed dumplings aren't good either. The dough is so thick and tasteless. Kitchen and broccoli isn't too bad. read more

Plain and simple : THE PORK FRIED RICE WAS OLD . The scent was rancid . I was shocked ! Have you ever left rice in the fridge for sometime and it smells funky - like you can tell it's going bad ?! THAT SMELL . Plus it was hard and dry. I tried to call and speak to them before posting this but they gentleman was pretty hostile with me and it ended with him saying :" if you don't like it you can go somewhere else" He admitted to me it may have been old but rice doesn't go bad (pork fried rice?oh yes it does. ) He said BUSINESS was slow and they can't afford to make FRESH FREID RICE EVERYDAY he said " I know how you are, you like fresh food but we're from Long Island it's hard " let me please highlight this : * i WANTED TO SPEAK AND LET THEM KNOW CAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN VERY NICE TO ME IN THE PAST AND ALWAYS TRY TO OFFER SERVICE WITH SMILES * And I appreciate that. I was extremely nice to him because I felt this could have been solved and I didn't mean to offend them but COME ON ! I'm paying for a service . It's a hit or miss with these people - I recommend going to another place . This is the 3rd time I order from them and the food was funky - spend your money elsewhere . Sorry owners , I would have not posted of your customer service was better . If you would had been nice to me just as I was to you . Lost a customer . The food was horrible. The egg rolls were soggy and dripping in oil. The chicken dinners were soaked in sauce, and the chicken freezer burned and tasteless. The pork dinners were OK. It must have been a bad day for them. I expected fresh food and that is not what I was served. read more

I went here based on the reviews but maybe it was an off day. The General Tso's chicken was just ok. The shrimp fried rice was truly tasteless...I mean absolutely no flavor at all. Also, they don't offer the option to just upgrade from plain rice to fried rice. You have to place a separate order so that made this meal rather expensive for Chinese and for just being mediocre.
