Went to this bakery in chino today and I must say the bread and the food, they tamales, burritos and tacos, just so delicious! The service as well, the workers always make sure they have your order right and they're just the sweetest people. FRESH, SOFT, SWEET! The conchas were literally bites of delight. You can feel how soft they are just by picking them up with the tongs. They have a good variety of breads, cookies & drinks. They even serve hot food options here. Tried the pork tamales, they weren't bad at all. Tasted good enough to get your tamale fix. The homemade Champurrado was amazing! Went I there with my son and the women was very sweet to us. Bought some concha's and a cream cheese jalapeño pan Both very good! The cream cheese wasn't dry and the concha's were soft! My 3yr old said they are "delicious" read more

Dropped into this little bakery to try some tamales I found through YELP! Both the pork and chicken (en salsa verde) were moist and delicious. The masa had really good flavor and the contents as well. The price is right @ $2.50/each. Going to definitely order some for Christmas. read more

I left the store so disappointed today after driving for 35mins to go get conchas my kids and I came to a flat stale conchas. For before being .80cents to $1.25 now I get that everything is so expensive but if you guys will raise the price on the bread please don't downgrade the quality of it I don't mind paying $1.25 for it what just gets to me is my drive and to leave disappointed from a long term customer. So please the owner of the shop please don't do that to us. I was gonna buy at least 18 of them and ended up buy 6. I was gonna take some to my sister but I was gonna find embarrassed after telling her wonderful things about the conchas. Guadalajara Bakery has the pan dulce I've ever eaten; and I've been eating a lot of pan dulce in my lifetime. I don't know why I haven't been to Guadalajara Bakery to get some pan dulce. Stopped by on a Saturday morning/afternoon around 1145am and they still had a great selection of pan dulce. The pan dulce is very fresh, soft and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely come back earlier next time to get some champurrado to go along with my pan dulce. read more

Used to be my favorite bakery in Chino now bread is dry and not very good and they raised the price to 1.25 for a Small concha and 2.50 For what used to be a regular size one. Going to look somewhere else for pan dulce read more

The bread was fresh and delicious. It's a small bakery and fills up, but the line goes by fast. The display of Coca-Cola decor around the shop was really cool to see while we waited in line. Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area! read more

This place is hit or miss. We've been coming here for the past few months and I've learned that it doesn't hurt to call before hand. They will gladly tell you if they have your fav pan available, they'll even save you the amount you want, they also have been kind enough to tell me if they have fresh pan. My favs are the vanilla conchas which run out very quickly. The other colors seem to be made with a different dough. It's just not the same. They also have the creamy strawberry logs pan. I don't know what they're called but they melt in your mouth. The food is definitely home made so don't expect gourmet or restaurant quality when it comes to the savory foods. Overall still a great place to support. For the owners, PLEASE make more vanilla conchas! Thank you :) read more

After shopping at Stater Bros on day, I noticed I never went to this place and my friend loves this place, so off I went inside. It's pretty bare but it had plenty of choices regarding to mexican treats. I noticed they had a lot of pineapple glazed or filled desserts. I bought several pineapple treats ($0.70 each), some jam-centered shortbreads and a simple yellow cake with bright pink frosting and sprinkles ($0.70). All of it was pretty fresh and not too sweet for my liking. The place was clean and the lady ringing up my choices was nice and patient since I've kept asking what was inside some of them and how much they were. By the way, cash only. read more

We get pan from this place all the time and even enjoyed their breakfast tortas. However we decided to grab some tamales and I see the reviews say they are so good and get sold out but it's hard to believe because the ones we bought were nothing but masa. It was highly disappointing. The masa is alright but I seriously thought this would be a good cheesy or saucy tamale but it was dry and heavy because of the masa. Do not buy their tamales. read more

came here on a yelp review so i checked it out their tamales had high ratings so i went to pick some up so i showed up and and tried to order some and they were all sold out so i placed an order for later that day they were 24.00 a dozen so i returned later that day to pick up my tamales and we tried them when we got home and i thought they were just ok the masa was ok but felt it was lacking flavor and their was hardly any meat in them which was a bummer so my search continues to find that killer tamale read more

I asked my brother in law to bring me up some conchas... they were the best pan dulce I've had in years, since moving up to San Luis Obispo area. Tried a lot of bakeries, and they all aren't any good. For the reals! Now I know where I'll be getting my pan dulce in the future! 1 month later: Well we made it in today, goodies for my coworkers at Harloe Elementary in AG . First time here and very impressed. The Pan is fresh, soft and delicious. The lady behind the counter was friendly. She didn't even seem to judge me when I apologized for not speaking Spanish. I'm Hispanic and usually get a laugh or glance for not speaking Spanish. She was very kind A man in front of me was ordering a couple of tamales, telling his son, these are the best tamales. And he told me she makes the best red hot salsa. I'll be coming back. Gotta try the tamales now read more

Came here super early on mothers day to get some pan for my family to wake up to. I love being able to get fresh bread at 6am. The woman behind the counter was so sweet and gave great recommendations. Once I got home and was able to enjoy some I was blown away by how soft the bread was and remained over the next few days. I might have to make a weekly stop here every Saturday morning!!!! read more

Please check the hours before coming here. On December 10, 2022 we drove all the way to Guadalajara Bakery and as we were getting off the car the lady was locking the door it was barely 8pm. She said it was closed, i guess too busy being on the phone. There was no sign nor an update on hours online. I saw a couple of customers getTing off and leaving. So frustrating, waste of our time. She was mopping and saw that we wanted to come in, instead of saying POLITELY to give her a minute she screams at us "don't come in can't you see is wet", RUDE! This bakery always has fresh, great tasting bread. I just went today and was happy that they had markers on the floor allowing only 3 patrons at a time inside the bakery, plus they sanitized each tray and tong between each customer. Very safe and sanitary. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Prices are also not bad for each item, like $2-$3ish, but it can add up. Everything I got, minus the drinks, was like $23 which isn't bad for all the items you get. Our drinks did take awhile, but they were so busy so we didn't mind waiting. We decided to enjoy our treats in their outside seating which I prefer because it's a nice view and less chaotic than the inside. I recommend coming here early because by the end of the day a lot of stuff can sell out. It does get really busy in waves, but I always have a good experience here and feel like this location has a bit more to offer than the others I've been to.

I enjoy coming in before work, but they're consistently unprepared before 8am (they open at 7am). The shop usually has very few pastry options available to choose from because they're still prepping the items in the back to bring out. Today, they had a singular non-sweet pastry option but it was unfortunately my least favorite item so I didn't get anything for myself. It's a disappointing and an easy fix with more employees or allowing them hours that better support thier ability to be prepared for opening but remains unchanged in the last 10 months since I started coming.
