As a Licensed Professional in the mental health field I can assure you that these yelp comments matter. Anything less than a 5.0 is personality based. Dr. Richter is in fact a miracle worker who uses his gift of healing to change the lives of those that he touches. In fact, when I went to him in 2024 for a severely degenerated C-spine with arm and hand pain and weakness, tingling, and neck instability- I did so as a last stitch effort to avoid having a "mandatory and urgent" neck surgery" -world renowned double board certified neurosurgeon at HOAG . The neurosurgeon (who we shall not name) said "absolutely not- do not let a chiropractor touch you- could be paralyzed."I didn't listen. I trusted God. Thank God I did. Between the treatment of manipulation, decompression, and red light therapy not only did the symptoms stop but the structure of my spine changed. When I went back to the surgeon for a follow up mri that Dr. said "what are you doing because this mri looks much better ". I told him that i did end up going to see Dr. Richter; not just any chiro but the dr who I sit back and watch patient after patient leave in absolute gratitude for the treatment that he provided which led to healing . The Dr whose office is led by a family who makes every patient feel like they too are a part. I will say that I I did get all the way better. But because I know age comes with structural changes I decided to buy a treatment package just in case I needed to return. Of course, age and life has done just that and so I returned today. Once again, it was like I was family. My pain was serious to them and Dr. welcomed me ready to help. Praise God for medicine that doesn't kill us. I received a call from my daughter's school that she was sick, and I immediately contacted the office before my appointment time to cancel. Despite the circumstances, the office would not make an exception and still charged me for the appointment. I was also disappointed by the office manager's response, which felt cold and unempathetic. She told me that I could bring my sick daughter in with my appointment which was extremely rude. I have been a long-time customer and am enrolled in the monthly auto-pay plan, so I do not feel this is an acceptable way to treat a loyal client.
