As far as the staff, well, the girl that's literally the face of the office when you walked in did not seem like she was having a good day and didn't seem very friendly. At all. Outside of her poor interpersonal communication skills, the other staff seemed to be pleasant enough, but I would like to feel like I was welcome in the office rather than a stranger.... perhaps, a few more smiles, a few more hellos, or maybe a couple "welcome " would be advantageous for people who have white coat syndrome, like me. Just saying. And it's not like they were are hard a work.... I could hear them shooting the sh!t and laughing amongst themselves. Anyhow, I'd recommend Dr Norton and Delgado to everyone and anyone, because what it comes down to is quality of care. Hopefully they have a high turnover and be able to get some friendly faces in there. Oh! And all these reviews where I saw that they don't get back to you and they leave you hanging... yah, NO.... that was NOT my experience at all! They responded so promptly to so many of my crazy inquiries. And I cannot tell you how good that was for me.

I recall him going the extra mile, coming to our home as she aged and I was unable to bring her to the office. He even attended her funeral services. Dr. Brown THANK YOU FOR IT ALL! I lost touch after she transitioned and just found him as I was looking for a primary physician for myself. I met with Dr. Brown yesterday and 13 years later, he is STILL one of the best! He got to know me all over again, asked about our daughters, etc.He asked my reason for the visit and I absolutely love that he listened to me (without cutting me off) and then shared his expertise recommendations. I trust him. The appointment, staff, Dr. and I were aligned. So thankful to be back in touch. Dr. Brown feels like family to me.

I contacted Dr. Brown's office to request a simple letter. I was told it would cost $50 just to provide a note stating an existing condition. When I asked questions about the fee, the response from the front desk was dismissive and condescending rather than professional or helpful. It wasn't just the charge--it was the tone. I was treated as though I was being unreasonable for asking about a fee for a brief confirmation letter related to my child's health. About a year ago, my husband's care was discontinued by the practice following another negative front-office interaction. At the time, my daughter remained a patient. After this most recent experience, it became clear that respectful communication and patient-centered service are not priorities here. Healthcare offices should treat families with professionalism and courtesy, especially when dealing with matters involving a child's medical needs. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have since chosen to seek care elsewhere.

Yes…read moreit does sometimes take a little time to get the doctor you want, and might have to wait a while in the waiting room, but doesn't that prove the point of how good they are? I personally have never waited over an hour. Bottom line is, fantastic doctors, fantastic staff, couldn't be happier. If your only health care concern is time, try Kaiser, and pray, you'll need it.

Every appointment I've had with the doctor has been positive, and I have complete confidence in their medical expertise and commitment to patient well-being. It's clear that patient care is a top priority for the doctor. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently diminished by the office staff. Communication is often poor, phone calls go unanswered or unreturned, and scheduling issues seem to be a recurring problem. While the doctor deserves high praise, the front office staff could benefit from significant improvements in professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service. It's disappointing because the quality of care provided by the doctor is not reflected in the overall patient experience.
