I joined Krav Maga so that I wouldn't be afraid, weak, and timid. This is something that gets me through the day. When I walk into the dojo, I am a completely different person. I went on a 11 year hiatus from 2010 to 2021. I never thought I see myself back in this dojo. I never thought I see Sensei Johnson back. Class sizes are roughly anywhere from 12-20 students and there is plenty of mat space so you're not constantly bumping into people during drills. Even through the shutdowns they remained open - with virtual classes. Now they are back open. Instructors wear masks. Students social distance and have their temperatures taken and hands washed before class.
